Welcome to the daily fantasy hockey picks article for DraftKings, FanDuel, and DraftPot for Saturday, November 28, 2015. After a huge slate Friday that gave us early and late slate options we are back with one giant 11 game slate Saturday night. There will be 16 teams playing on back to back nights due to the day off on Thanksgiving. With too many teams to list you click the link to check out the goalie matchup page over at www. leftwinglock.com. There is also 16 teams playing a 3rd game in 4 days and the notables who are playing that 3rd game on the road are BUF, CBJ, CHI, EDM, NJ, NYI, PHI, WSH, & WPG. There could very well be some tired legs and targeting players in these matchups can lead to fantasy points.

Lets now dig in to the matchups and find some core plays for Saturday night.

 

GOALIES

Jake Allen - St. Louis Blues vs. CBJ *CONFIRMED*
DraftKings - $7,600 FanDuel - $9,900 DraftPot - 5.22 DPPG
My #1 option for Saturday night in a matchup at home vs. the Blue Jackets who are ranked 19th in league scoring and are playing in back to back days and a third game in four days. Has been a great fantasy option this year on DK where his price sits below $8K consistently.

Antti Niemi - Dallas Stars @ MIN *PROBABLE*
DraftKings - $6,900 FanDuel - $8,300 DraftPot - 5.62 DPPG
He has taken over the #1 role in Dallas with Lehtonen being placed on the IR yesterday. He is still priced as a backup on FanDuel and DraftKings and makes a great play in any format Saturday night in a matchup vs. the Minnesota Wild.

Also Consider -Braden Holtby - Washington Capitals

 

CENTER

Joe Pavelski - San Jose Sharks vs. CGY
DraftKings - $7,600 FanDuel(RW) - $9,000 DraftPot - 4.05 DPPG
The Sharks sit 2nd in the Pacific Division with the leagues 13th ranked offense. They would be ranked higher if not for the struggles on home ice. I don't see this continuing in a matchup with the Flames ranked dead last in goals allowed per game. Pavelski is averaging 12.9+ CF/60 which has produced 69 shots on goal and 21 points in the Sharks first 21 games.

Alex Galchenyuk - Montreal Canadiens vs. NJ
DraftKings - $4,600 FanDuel - $4,900 DraftPot - 2.48 DPPG
Is seeing time at Center with the #1 PP unit since Gallagher went down with injury. His priced has not adjusted yet to this uptick in value making it a great time to get on board. The Habs host the Devils on Saturday night and are playing their third game in four days.

WINGERS

Patrick Kane - Chicago Blackhawks @ MIN
DraftKings - $8,500 FanDuel(RW) - $8,400 DraftPot - 6.15 DPPG
He will continue to be my #1 play at wing until his price gets over that $9K mark and then I will at least heave to think about it. His point streak continues to grow after a sole assist in a comeback effort on Friday. When looking at points per dollar he has by far been the best player in daily fantasy hockey.

Max Pacioretty - Montreal Canadiens vs. NJ
DraftKings - $8,000 FanDuel(LW) - $9,300 DraftPot - 4.20 DPPG
Has been an extremely consistent option on one of the leagues top scoring lines. He has 22 points with a +10 rating and 86 shots on goal to start the year and is averaging 20.4 CF/60. He has a great floor and pays off his salary a high percentage of the time.

T.J. Oshie - Washington Capitals @ TOR
DraftKings - $6,000 FanDuel(RW) - $6,000 DraftPot - 2.25 DPPG
He picked up a powerplay goal in a 4-2 win over TB last night and is starting to heat up as the Capitals PP starts to catch fire. On the season he is averaging 12.7 CF/60 which has led to 61 shots on goal and 12 points. He provides exposure to the electric Ovi at a large savings and is safe in all formats.

Also Consider - Phil Kessel - Pittsburgh Penguins vs. EDM

DEFENSE

John Carlson - Washington Capitals @ TOR
DraftKings - $6,400 FanDuel - $6,300 DraftPot - 2.65 DPPG
Has gone back to back games now with 2 assists and has benefited nicely with the increase in powerplay productivity. He now has 15 points on the season with two PP goals and a +3 rating. He enters a plus matchup vs. the Leafs on Saturday and makes a nice stacking option with Ovi, Oshie, and Backstrom.

Kris Russell - Calgary Flames @ SJ
DraftKings - $4,600 FanDuel - $5,400 DraftPot - 1.75 DPPG
He makes a nice punt cash game play on DraftKings and DraftPot as his floor is pretty safe as his 76 blocked shots on the season are bonus points on those sites. He has also provided some offense lately with points in three of his last four games.
