While he could sit back, relax, and enjoy the lead into the holidays, I have a feeling he will be hunting birdies at max speed as he looks for his first career win on Tour. He enters with terrific form having not only finishing Top 30 in seven of his last eight events but also comes in off two straight Top 10's(Zozo, Shriners) in the fall season. Where I am not paying up for Aberg, I love starting my lineups with Hossler this week and will also be betting him outright. Luke List World Golf Ranking (#146) Vegas Odds (40/1) DraftKings ($9,000) FanDuel ($10,200) Not only has List been consistent for a long stretch where he has made seven of eight cuts dating back to May, he is in prime Luke List fall form with Top 25's in all three events including a win at the Sanderson Farms Championship. His game has been on point gaining 20.8 strokes gained tee to green over the last three events and he ranks 2nd in that category along with 10th in driving distance, 3rd in SG: around the green, and 1st in Birdie or Better. I like List in all formats this week. Cameron Champ World Golf Ranking (#271) Vegas Odds (45/1) DraftKings ($7,800) FanDuel ($9,600) Champ is one of the biggest boom or bust plays on Tour and he has displayed that in the fall season with a T9 at the Sanderson and T18 at the Shriners sandwiched between a T59 at the...

He has not only finished Top 10 five of six trips but won here at Olympia Fields back in 2020. It's tough to say where the ownership falls as he is third(DK) and fourth(FD) in pricing but has been the least consistent of the top 3, as well. Whether it be a major championship or playoff event Rahm shows up and has the same, if not more upside than any player in the field. He is my favourite overall play and pick to win this week! Viktor Hovland FedEx Cup Rank (#7) Vegas Odds (16/1) DraftKings ($10,300) FanDuel ($11,600) While it was a disappointing showing here at Olympia Fields back in 2020(T40), Hovland is a terrific course fit and one of my favourite plays on both sites this week. He isn't just Top 20 in every stat in my short-term model, he is 5th in SG: Tee to Green, 11th in Driving Distance, 12th in SG: Approach(5th in Prox 200+), 9th in SG: Around the Green(struggled here overall this season), and 2nd in Birdie or Better. Those stats reflect the elite consistency and he is also one of just three players in this field to make every cut this season(21/21). All things considered, I will have exposure to Hovland in all formats and some wagers on the outright, placings,...

While I will have exposure to both Rory and Scottie, I feel Rory is going to be higher owned being $600 cheaper and coming off a win at the Scottish last week so I will go a little heavier n Scheffler for some projected leverage. Hard not to pay the premium for Scheffler who is putting up some ridiculous numbers and should easily have more than two wins on the season. He has gone 17 straight events finishing 12th or better and to top it off comes into the OPEN with seven straight Top 5 finishes. Looking at the Tee to Green numbers we can easily see why he is on another level as he has not finished outside the Top in SG: T2G in 11 straight events. Absolutely insane and probably the most overdue player in the field! Cameron Smith World Golf Ranking (#7) Vegas Odds (14/1) DraftKings ($10,700) FanDuel ($11,500) The defending champ could possibly provide some leverage as I would project many lineups starting with an $11K golfer and then dropping down into the $9K range focused around Fleetwood. Even if this is not the case, I am very high on Cam Smith who not only won here last year but has been red-hot coming in with a...

That's right, it's time for the first major and biggest event in golf, the Masters. This year's field contains 91 players including each of the Top 10 and 48 of the Top 50 players in the Official World Golf Rankings. As always, we are never short of narratives to follow so before we get into the fantasy-related content of the article, let's look at a few that stand out the most. Tiger Woods return??? All the talk over the last 7-10 days has been that the GOAT is still on the Masters field list which progressed to people tracking his private jet from Florida and eventually led to a confirmed practice round last week. Who is excited? I am not sure what to expect from a DFS standpoint but you know that if Tiger does play, he will be gunning to win another Green Jacket, not just walk around and enjoy the sites and sounds. Stay tuned for updates. You won't have to look very hard for them(lol). Hard not to start with Scottie Scheffler who is the hottest player on the planet and the new #1 player in the world. He comes into this years' Masters with three wins(Dell Match Play, Arnold Palmer Invitational, Phoenix Open) in his last three events and has tallied a Top 20 in both previous appearances at Augusta. Does he make a fourth win in...

The good news for the field this week is that he has already withdrawn and for good reason as he has top form with the Masters coming up next week. Rory Mcilroy(#9) headlines the field as the only player in the field currently ranked Top 10 and joining him at the top are Bryson DeChambeau(#14) coming off an early exit at the match play and Hideki Matsuyama who has skipped the last two events with an injury as he prepares to defend his Masters' title. That's right, we are only one week away from the greatest golf tournament on the planet, and leading into it the talk of Tiger Woods possible return might actually overshadow the event in Texas.  While I will be closely tracking that like my crypto portfolio in a bull market, I will also be playing a ton of DFS this week to help boost the bankroll and more importantly grab a few more Milli Maker tickets for the big dance! The field, this week, will take on TPC San Antonio which has proved to be a tough test and worthy event leading up to a major and reason we see some top players still in the field. The course has ranked as a Top 10 hardest course(non-major) on tour in three of the last four years. A lot of that difficulty comes with length as two of the Par 3's over 200...

Last year, it was Justin Thomas hoisting the hardware with a spectacular tee to green effort where he gained 13 strokes on the field. The only reason Lee Westwood, Bryson, and others had a chance was the JT's average putter(+1.6 or 52nd in the field). When looking at the strokes gained data, it was an almost identical win for Rory in 2019 as he gained 13 strokes tee to green en route to winning while finishing 56th in SG: Putting. While we do have a very strong field, it is not categorized as the "toughest" in terms of scoring as it has only ranked inside the Top 15 hardest courses once(2017) in the last five trips to TPC Sawgrass. The field is even stronger than last year as all of the Top 10 and 48 of the Top 50 players in the World will be teeing it up at TPC Sawgrass this week. The course is a Pete Dye gem that, like almost all of his designs, comes with tight fairways, lots of doglegs and hazards forcing accuracy and with TPC Sawgrass in Florida, that means a ton of water(in play on 17 holes). Overall, it is going to take a strong all-around game to beat the best players in the world but below I will go over a few of my key stats in the model this week. Top Stats Strokes Gained: Ball Striking Let's start with Strokes Gained: Off the...
