Point Guard

Luka DoncicLuka Doncic FD - $10700 DK - $11000
Opponent - SA
Proj Pts FD - 54.23 DK - 57.15

For the second straight game, Luka came just shy of recording his first triple-double of the season and is back to being a fantasy stud. The price is slowly going up but it is justified considering we have yet to see his ceiling game as both the FG% and 3PT% are lower than his career averages. The good news is that he may just get some monster usage tonight with Porzingis trending towards out and he faces a Spurs team that has allowed an average of 111 points per game and run a Top 10 pace. Luka is easily the top pay-up on this smaller slate.

Derrick WhiteDerrick White FD - $6500 DK - $6300
Opponent - DAL
Proj Pts FD - 33.84 DK - 36.06

Despite the fact the Mavericks have been fairly tough on guards(12th in Fpts to the position), I do like the opportunity and PTS/$ upside with White if the Spurs can keep it close throughout. I also like the price which is sticking in the low to mid $6K range and while the usage (18%) is nothing to write home about, White is a guard who contributed in many areas (6.5 assists, 3.3 reb, 2 steals per game) adding to his value. I like him on both sites tonight but his value is slightly higher on DraftKings where he is in play in all formats.

Shooting Guard

Tim Hardaway Jr.Tim Hardaway Jr. FD - $5000 DK - $6400
Opponent - SA
Proj Pts FD - 28.68 DK - 31.93

Hardway is a very scoring dependant fantasy player which you would think would hurt his value playing with Doncic and Porzinigis but it hasn't at all. He has dropped 15 of 28 shots(54%) over the last two games and may get even more volume tonight if Porzingis is to sit out like expected. We will have to stay tuned for the news before deciding on our DraftKings exposure as the price is much more fair compared to FanDuel where he is greatly underpriced and a play in all formats regardless of Porzingis' status.

De'Anthony MeltonDe'Anthony Melton FD - $5500 DK - $5100
Opponent - GS
Proj Pts FD - 32.58 DK - 34.71

It might be a little ballsy to write up a player that is fresh off an 0 for 8 shooting performance but here we are. To be fair, Melton was very good from a PTS/$ standpoint in his first three games of the season shooting 52% and returning near 6x value in each of those. I see no reason why he won't get back up to double-digit shot attempts and he also contributes in a big way on the boards averaging over five per game. At these prices, he is one of my top values on this slate.

Small Forward

Andrew WigginsAndrew Wiggins FD - $6400 DK - $6100
Opponent - MEM
Proj Pts FD - 31.19 DK - 33.01

The Warriors are going to be popular targets tonight as they face a Grizzlies team that not only ranks dead last in defensive efficiency but will be playing on back-to-back nights. For Wiggins, he has been efficient for fantasy averaging about 5x value at these prices on both sites while putting up around 14 shots and collecting at least four rebounds in each game. If this game stays close as expected(GS -5.5), we are likely going to see multiple Warriors returning excellent PTS/$ value and for cash games, it starts with Wiggins.

Kyle KuzmaKyle Kuzma FD - $6200 DK - $6200
Opponent - ATL
Proj Pts FD - 33.36 DK - 37.11

Kuzma is in a brand new situation this season after moving out of Los Angeles and is finally getting his shot to be a regular starter. He is never going to get elite usage in the Wizards offense with Dinwiddie and Beal taking over 60% of the shots but he has taken double-digit shot-attempts in all four games and best of all for fantasy, is contributing big-time in the rebounding department(11.8 per game). At these prices, he provides a high floor and ceiling in terms of PTS/$ return and is in play in all formats for me tonight.

Power Forward

John CollinsJohn Collins FD - $6400 DK - $6300
Opponent - WAS
Proj Pts FD - 35.18 DK - 37.1

I do love the overall upside of Julius Randle and Tobias Harris but the price is getting a little stretched out when looking for value. That sends me to another mid-tier choice in John Collins who is really popping in our projections today. After Trae, the usage gets very spread out for the Hawks but what gives Collins his biggest value is his rebounding as he is averaging 10 per game and an 18% rebound % on his team. Put it all together and at these prices, he is consistently returning 5-6x return on both sites. That easily puts him into my player pool in all formats tonight.

Also Consider: Saddiq Bey(DET) who has attempted 15+ shots in all three games while shooting 47% and has also chipped in with 10.7 rebounds per game

Montrezl HarrellMontrezl Harrell FD - $5600 DK - $5300
Opponent - ATL
Proj Pts FD - 35.74 DK - 37.15

The PTS/$ value continues at center with Harrell who is a 100% exposure player in our optimized lineups as of this morning. He opened the season in the $3K range on DraftKings and after his initial bump has sat in the mid $5K range since where he has put up at least 5x in every game and is coming off a monster performance against the Celtics where he dropped 25 points and added 11 rebounds putting up 45 fantasy points. I am not expecting that big of a performance in a tougher matchup against Clint Capela but at these prices I feel we need to be buying low as he will be in the $6 range before we know it!
