    Quarterbacks

Josh AllenJosh Allen FD 9000 DK 8300
    Opponent MIA
    Proj Points FD - 23.59 DK - 23.59

This slate is a little weak at quarterback on Saturday which has us spending right up for Josh Allen who is the class of the position. He has been a little more up and down in the second half of the season but we really like here is the elite floor he provides as a mobile quarterback. Heis fourth in rushing attempts per game(7.6) among quarterbacks and I would bet on the over this week with the expected weather approaching Buffalo. He comes in with eight or more rush attempts in three straight with 10 rush attempts and at least 47 rushing yards and a touchdown in two of those. He also faces a Dolphins defence that has allowed the 2nd most rushing yards and the 4th most fantasy points to quarterbacks. Allen is our top quarterback and a building block in all formats.

Matt RyanMatt Ryan FD 6900 DK 5200

    Proj Points FD - 15.89 DK - 15.89

Things get really dicey after Allen so I am going to defer not only to the cheapest quarterback on the board but also to the one with the best matchup. Ryan has been a boom-or-bust option this season but the good news is that he knows how to attack bad defences which has led to him tallying 20 or more fantasy points four times. That upside is most definitely there again this week as he goes up against a Vikings defence that has given up 400+ total yards in five straight games including 300+ yard passing in each of those. He also has a nice core of Pittman, Campbell, and Pierce to throw to and all things considered, is my top value QB on this slate.

    Running Backs

Jonathan TaylorJonathan Taylor FD 9000 DK 7200
    Opponent MIN
    Proj Points FD - 19.54 DK - 20.82

How many Colts is too many? That is the question most are asking themselves after watching the Vikings give up 400+ total yards for the 5th straight week. They are are dream matchup at every position as one of just four teams to rank 19th or worse in fantasy points against every position. Enter Jonathan Taylor who is back to RB1 status lately and it starts with the volume as he is averaging 24 touches per game over his last four turning that into an average of 19.2 DK/16.8 FD points per game. He is in play on both sites but his best value comes on DraftKings as the 2nd most expensive option and I would even consider stacking with Matt Ryan to try and soak up all the yardage and scoring you can against this Vikings defence.

    J.K. DobbinsJ.K. Dobbins FD 6600 DK 5200
    Opponent CLE
    Proj Points FD - 11.64 DK - 12.48

Dobbins returned from injury last week and looked very explosive rushing 15 times for 120 yards and a touchdown. It was a very close timeshare with Gus Edwards but Dobbins led the way in snaps(26) and touches(15) and I fully expect that gap to increase in week 14. Great timing as well as the run game is in a great spot here against the Browns who rank 30th in DVOA against the rush and 30th in fantasy points to running backs. At these prices, Dobbins is my favourite PTS/$ running back on this slate.

Also Consider: Devin Singletary(BUF) as a 7.5-point home favourite who could see some extra volume with a windy and snowy forecast in Buffalo

    Wide Receivers

Justin JeffersonJustin Jefferson FD 9100 DK 9100
    Opponent IND
    Proj Points FD - 21.92 DK - 26.12

This is a very interesting slate for wide receivers as the projected weather in Buffalo could greatly affect Diggs, Hill, and Waddle who are three of the four most expensive at the position. This easily elevates Justin Jefferson to the top spot in our projections despite the tougher matchup against the Colts who have given up the second-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers. The first reason I am not concerned is the massive volume of targets JJ is getting with 11 or more in five of the last six games with a lot of that due to the Vikings' defence giving up 400 yards at will. Not only has he given us a very high floor with that volume, he has massive upside and has tallied 115 or more receiving yards four times in those six games including 223 yards against the Lions, 139 yards against the Pats, and 193 yards against the Bills. Jefferson is a building block for me on this site in all formats.

Michael Pittman Jr.Michael Pittman Jr. FD 7000 DK 5800
    Opponent MIN
    Proj Points FD - 11.39 DK - 14.18

Parris CampbellParris Campbell FD 5800 DK 4400
    Opponent MIN
    Proj Points FD - 10.04 DK - 12.47

To fit Jefferson and Taylor in our lineups we are going to need some value and there is really no reason to leave this game(lol). Pittman may be priced out a bit on FanDuel making him more of a GPP play but on DraftKings, his price has dropped to its lowest point since week one. He is coming off a dud against the Cowboys who lead the league in pass defense but the good news here is that he faces a Vikings defense that has given up 300+ yards passing in five straight weeks and rank 27th in DVOA against the pass overall. He is Matt Ryan's top target and will be a part of my core in all formats. For Campbell, he has been on a bit of a breakout in 2022, at least going back to week six where he is averaging 6.6 targets, 48 receiving yards, and 12.3 DraftKings points per game.

This is not a normal slate to begin with and now has one of three games with weather and the other expected to be low-scoring. A build with Ryan/Pittman/Campbell/Taylor/Jefferson is definitely not out of the question here on Saturday.

    Tight Ends

    T.J. HockensonT.J. Hockenson FD 6300 DK 5000
    Opponent IND
    Proj Points FD - 11.22 DK - 13.97

With the unknown status of the Ravens quarterbacks, I just can't lock in Mark Andrews on this slate. Instead, I will once again head back to the Colts/Vikings game and load up on T.J. Hockenson. He hasn't flashed the huge upside we saw earlier in the season with the Lions but he has been very consistent since joining the Vikings via trade. In the six games with his new team, he has averaged eight targets, six receptions, and 50.3 yards per game for a fantasy average of 11.9 DK/8.7 FD points. The Vikings defence giving up insane amounts of yardage and points combined with a run game that is below-average should ensure more than enough volume in the passing game this week Fire up Hock in all formats.

Others to consider: Dawson Knox(BUF) as a value play who could see some added targets closer to the line of scrimmage with the wind/snow in the forecast or David Njoku(CLE) who has touchdowns in two straight and seven or more targets in three of his last four.
