Quarterbacks

Brock PurdyBrock Purdy FD 8400 DK 6800
Opponent ARI
Proj Points FD - 21.3 DK - 21.3

Brock Purdy is in the MVP discussion for a reason, and he’s a fantastic cash game option again this week. While the FanDuel price is getting tough to fit, the DraftKings salary could make him a chalkier option once again. He’s averaged 314 passing yards per game over the last six weeks, and that even includes a 209-yard game mixed in there.

He’s been unbelievably efficient, and the 49ers offense looks borderline unstoppable. The matchup against Arizona is one of the best around even with the Cardinals slightly better against the pass than the run.

Jordan LoveJordan Love FD 8000 DK 6200
Opponent TB
Proj Points FD - 19.56 DK - 19.56

Jordan Love isn’t a name we might expect to see, but he draws such a good matchup that he needs to be in consideration for cash games on this slate. The Bucs are one of the worst pass defenses in the league this season and opponents have lit them up all year long. They rank among the worst in yards per pass attempt and passing yards allowed per game.

Love has attempted 36 or more passes in four of the last five weeks, completing more than 65% during that stretch. He’ll also get out and run from time to time as well. The floor is high here because of the matchup and the DraftKings price makes him relatively easy to fit into lineups.

Running Back

Christian McCaffreyChristian McCaffrey FD 10500 DK 9300
Opponent ARI
Proj Points FD - 27.39 DK - 29.92

I think that the cash game running back options are going to be pretty clear-cut on this main slate with the closer decisions coming at quarterback and wide receiver. Christian McCaffrey is in another amazing spot this week, facing off against an Arizona team that owns one of the worst defenses in football. The 49ers are huge -13.5 road favorites, and CMC hasn’t carried the ball fewer than 16 times in the last five weeks. Sure, the one target against the Seahawks is “concerning,” but his usage has been off the charts all season, and he comes here with a massive floor.

Kyren WilliamsKyren Williams FD 9600 DK 7500
Opponent WAS
Proj Points FD - 23.1 DK - 25.09

Few other running backs have the kind of opportunity Kyren Williams carries right now. That should continue this week against the Commanders, who’ve been letting it up on defense for weeks. Williams played 90% of the snaps last week, carrying the ball 25 times along with four targets in the passing game. The DraftKings price is a very easy call considering his use in the passing game and goal line opportunity. It’s a bit closer on FanDuel, but playing him there with the TD equity makes a ton of sense as well.

Ezekiel ElliottEzekiel Elliott FD 6500 DK 5800
Opponent KC
Proj Points FD - 18.25 DK - 20.8

Ezekiel Elliott aș a lock Week 15 cash game play? A sign of the impending apocalypse? You bet. Zeke took over for the injured Rhamondre Stevenson in Week 14 and went nuts. He played 91% of the offensive snaps, carrying the ball 22 times while seeing eight targets in the passing game as well. That represents a completely ridiculous 57% usage rate in the offense. It’s kind of unheard of really. Is the Pats offense good? No. But at these price points, for how much they will likely use him, he makes for a safer play on both sites at these prices.

Wide Receiver

Rashee RiceRashee Rice FD 6500 DK 6100
Opponent NE
Proj Points FD - 15.37 DK - 18.76

Rashee Rice has turned into the clear WR1 in Kansas City over the last three weeks, a welcome sign for projecting opportunity within this offense. He’s averaged more than nine targets a game in that stretch for a 7.6 / 81 average line. The price is coming up, but it still isn’t quite caught up to the opportunity. The Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes should continue having Rice and Travis Kelce as the two top target options within the offense and stacking them (if possible) should have a high cash game floor.

Jayden ReedJayden Reed FD 6100 DK 4900
Opponent TB
Proj Points FD - 15.61 DK - 18.31

With Christian Watson and Aaron Jones out against the Giants, Jayden Reed saw elite opportunity in the offense with 10 targets and four carries as something of a hybrid player. Aaron Jones is still very questionable for this game, and we already know that Christian Watson is out. That means there should be a lot of Jayden Reed again playing against a Bucs defense ranked 29th in average yards per pass play allowed and 30th in passing yards per game allowed. All things considered, it’s a smash spot for Reed.

Drake LondonDrake London FD 6600 DK 5400
Opponent CAR
Proj Points FD - 14.66 DK - 18.03

Drake London was a massive chalk play on DraftKings last week, and he hit big with 11 targets, totaling 10 catches for 172 yards. He could be in line for that kind of workload again if the Falcons concentrate all the targets to one specific guy. That said, Carolina hasn’t let much up through the air this season, and the Falcons could be incentivized to run, run, run. We already know Arthur Smith wants to go this way anyway. But London is still a cash game value if double-digit targets are in his future.

Tight End

Travis KelceTravis Kelce FD 7500 DK 7600
Opponent NE
Proj Points FD - 19.3 DK - 23.56

Well, this one doesn’t need a ton of explanation, but we can try to go there anyway. Kelce is second in the league among tight ends in targets behind TJ Hockenson, though he did play one fewer game. He’s had 80 or more receiving yards in each of the last three games and did hit double-digit targets last week against the Bills. The emergence of Rashee Rice does help open things up here, and the two combined for about 50% of Mahomes' throws last week. Stacking them in cash has a high floor against the Patriots.

Tucker KraftTucker Kraft FD 4700 DK 3000
Opponent TB
Proj Points FD - 7.87 DK - 9.79

As mentioned with Jordan Love and Jayden Reed, the Bucs' pass defense is trash, and getting exposure to pass-catchers here would seem to be a high-floor play. Kraft won’t blow your doors off, but he’s starting for the injured Luke Musgrave and over the last two weeks has combined for 10 targets for seven catches and 101 yards. Again, not eye-popping, but he’s coming cheap in a good spot if you want to spend elsewhere in your lineup.
