Daily Fantasy NBA Basketball Picks for FanDuel, DraftKings and DraftStreet 4/12/14

If you're still rolling daily NBA lineups you know it has become a crazy time. Last minute scratches, nobodies pushed into big minutes, injuries, the playoffs looming. It's a bit nuts right now. And I think that's an understatement. Like I said yesterday, I'm going to give a few plays per position. After that you'll need to keep your ear out leading into lineup lock. Because shit changes every two seconds.

If you see someone I missed, let us know at @dailyfantasysr and if we like, we'll add it.

Point Guards

Aaron Brooks - FanDuel $5,900 DraftKings $5,800 DraftStreet $11,937
Almost priced as the full-time, play all of the minutes starter, but not yet. Brooks is by no means a cash game play. He can really suck in the right situation. But he can also dial it up and crush these prices. What's for certain is the minutes are there. Lawson isn't coming back, the Nuggets have a million injuries and Brooks can dribble the rock over half court. Don't need to look for anything else really. Again, he's not safe, but if the shot is falling watch out.

Ray McCallum - FanDuel $5,900 DraftKings $3,600 DraftStreet $12,406
Doesn't look like the Clips have anything to play for tonight meaning they should be resting everyone. That means McCallum will have free reign over the second unit and a Clips team without their hearts in it. Ray Mc plays all of the minutes and should again tonight. He isn't exactly safe but he will be standing around the hardwood tonight for extended periods of time.

Rajon Rondo - FanDuel $8,100 DraftKings $7,900 DraftStreet $15,667
Prediction: Rondo, if he plays which I think he will, dismantles the Cavs tonight. Even at these higher price tags, I'm liking Rajon for one of those Rondo games, closing in on the triple double, doing a little bit of everything, chipping away at the points. Cleveland is trash against opposing point guards

Michael Carter-Williams - FanDuel $8,400 DraftKings $8,100 DraftStreet $14,904

Take a shot at him against Charlotte.

Shooting Guards

Eric Bledsoe - FanDuel $7,200 DraftKings $7,300 DraftStreet $14,120
Think he likes no Goran in the lineup? With Dragic a late scratch last night, Bledsoe had a ho-hum 30/11/9 line. And though the Suns lost, we don't care. We want guys to hit stratosphere with scoring and Bledsoe did just that. I like him a lot more tonight if Goran doesn't play again. And the Suns need the win tonight.

Alec Burks - FanDuel $5,600 DraftKings $4,600 DraftStreet $11,576
Drew the start last night and put up a 16/6/2. In what should be a wide open game against the Nuggets, I think Burks stands to put up an even bigger line. He's a talent, and can score in bunches. Granted much of that production has come off the bench with the second unit when he was relied on to be the primary scorer. His role as a starter is a bit different but he's still a value.

Randy Foye - FanDuel $6,400 DraftKings $5,500 DraftStreet $13,008
As long as the Nuggets are decimated by injuries, the remaining guys stand to be great values. Foye is one of those guys who sees more opportunity. He jacked up 23 shots against the Warriors the other night and he's a favorite to get a ton of looks tonight as well.

Small Forwards

Jeff Green - FanDuel $5,700 DraftKings $6,000 DraftStreet $10,089
Ugh, what a way to start winding down the year. By recommending a guy I hate to pick. I'll take him against the Cavs tonight and the Celts trying to lose on purpose. That could be a recipe for Green jacking up more than 15 shots tonight. That is something I'll sign up for on the upside.

Jeff Adrien - FanDuel $6,500 DraftKings $4,800 DraftStreet $13,187
Working him damndest to was off the Bucks stink by playing a ton of minutes and averaging close to a 20/10 over the last three games. He's been crushing and while the price has caught up some, it's nowhere close on DraftKings. The other sites I still think he has some upside.

Power Forwards

A very rough position tonight and you'll be scouring to punt out of this mess at your earliest convenience.

Derrick Favors - FanDuel $6,600 DraftKings $7,400 DraftStreet $12,752
Opposing power forwards tear up the Nuggets. Just destroy them, meaning Favors could be in for a double-double tonight against whatever interior "presence" the Nuggets bring to the court. The big problem, as always with Favors, is the minutes. He has nights in which he only sees about 27, and that is a big problem at these prices. But I like his chances of sticking tonight.

Kenneth Faried - FanDuel $8,000 DraftKings $8,000 DraftStreet $14,226
In uncertain times, I'm looking for guys who'll be playing a majority of the game at a high level. Faried is one of those guys. He's been a beast since getting a lionshare of the minutes at the 4, and the price is reflective. But I still think he's safe at these tags because with a decimated Nuggets team, they need the bodies.

Centers

Timofey Mozgov - FanDuel $5,200 DraftKings $4,600 DraftStreet $12,371
Happen to catch what he did the other night? 23 points 29 boards. (Not a typo). 29 rebounds!!! Are you kidding me? This, of course, is an outlier but it stands to reason that he'll be out on the court plenty tonight against the Jazz. Mozgov's price isn't reflective of his upside. And though he can't be expected to set season highs in rebounds again, he has been productive lately.

Enes Kanter - FanDuel $6,100 DraftKings $5,700 DraftStreet $10,703
On the other side of it, Kanter should be the starter with Williams likely out for the remainder. Kanter has been a pain in the ass to roster in DFS basketball, but he seems safe now. The Nuggets and Mozgov aren't exactly Bill Russell and company. Kanter comes with solid prices across the board, especially on DraftStreet.

Jeff Withey - FanDuel $3,800
Though the minutes weren't completely there last night, I think you can roll him in a few places on the upside.
