Fanduel and DraftKings College Football Cheatsheets

Listen - it'd be nearly impossible to create a whole projection system for college football, but Casey is willing to sell his cash game lineups through DFSR.

If you want to see how these plays and some others fit into cash game lineups for FanDuel and DraftKings you can purchase a CFB pack that includes three FanDuel lineups, three DraftKings lineups, and a cheatsheet with analysis on a variety of other plays for $3 by clicking the PayPal button below. Quarterbacks

    Brandon Bridge - FD 7600 DK 6700
It's not often I get to showcase a guy from one of the smaller schools, so DFS world, meet Brandon Bridge! Unlike most Thursday night slates, this week isn't totally awful. But it does present its own unique set of challenges. Mainly, there are multiple players that fall into the same territory and trying to pick the correct guy can be tough. Bridge is freakishly athletic and he is certainly not afraid to showcase those abilities on the regular. I have a soft spot for dual threat QB's and even though some of these other guys do a little with their feet, it's not on the level of Bridge. Troy hasn’t stifled many opponents this and currently sit ranked 107th against the pass and 115thagainst the run. If the goal was highest combined score wins, Troy would be one to watch. It’s not. This has the makings of a blowout with Bridge leading the way Mr. BB is gonna boogie and you don’t want to miss it!!!

    Running Backs

    Duke Johnson - FD 8600 DK 7000
Deep sigh. RB is even more fickle than QB on this short slate. Again, unlike most Thursday slates there are actually multiple backs that offer decent value. I was tempted to lump a few of them in here together with a quick blurb and say to each's own, but "taking the field" just isn't the style here at DFSR. Johnson doesn’t have a great matchup, but these aren’t the Hokies of old and do not pose the same serious run stopping abilities as years past. Duke has really been the man for the Hurricanes all year. He is insanely consistent and such a huge focus in their offense. On the road in Blacksburg is cause for some concern, but I think his price is a little discounted for that reason. Johnson's price is such he doesn’t cause major issues when filling out the rest of your lineup. I will be running multiple RB combos, but DJ will be in there at a slightly higher clip than the others.

    Royce Freeman - FD 10300 DK 7800
He’s RB1 for Oregon and his price has jumped to reflect as much. For as high-powered as the Oregon offense is, I have some concerns over his overall usage. Still, its Oregon and they score points and lots of them. With the game at total hovering around 80 and the Ducks favored by close to 18, what you are hoping for at these prices is Oregon getting up early and Royce carrying the load down the stretch. It also wouldn’t hurt if he was the reason they get up early. His price on FD may be a too much for me.

    Wide Receivers

    Shane Williams-Rhodes - FD 6100 DK 4300
I gave SWR the nod last week and he came through with a 4/41/1 stat line and added a 49 yard run. This week shouldn’t be much different, except maybe in a better way. BYU is very tough against the run (ranked #2). Now Ajayi is a special back and will likely still get his, but more importantly, he will keep the BYU defense honest. Since Matt Miller has been out with injury SWR has seen an uptick in production. His receptions haven’t increased dramatically, but he gets his number called a little more often now when the Broncos are looking for six. He has as many TD’s as he did through the first four weeks. Now, Shane has scored in each of the last three games. It’s just really hard to go wrong at this price. I’m not expecting a 40pt night, but in terms of value….yeah buddy!

    Andre Davis - FD 5800 DK 6900
Davis looks to have found his stride the past two weeks hauling in 12 passes for 278 yards and 4 scores. Okay, I guess he found his Usain Bolt sprint opposed to his stride. Week one Davis had one catch for 44 yards. He missed the next four games with a sternum injury and now he’s back. The Bulls passing game has been dramatically better since his return, which makes a lot of sense, he’s good! This week USF is on the road at Cincinnati and their 121st pass defense. And their 121st pass defense. Last week I was high on SMU receivers facing this same 121st ranked pass defense and I was sorely disappointed. Just like a hangover, the best cure is usually a shot of Whiskey or Tequila (seriously, try it). Davis is finally healthy and feeling fresh. He should give this Bearcat defense fits all night.

    Tight Ends

    Pharaoh Brown - FD 4900 DK 3700
Besides the fact he has a pretty cool first name, he plays for Oregon. That alone should be enough, but if you add in the fact Mariotta has found him more the past two games and he has catches of 30+ in each. Dude, that’s like, good for TE’s.
