Value and Sleeper Picks for Daily Fantasy NFL Football for FanDuel, DraftKings, and DraftPot - Week 10

It's another value picks and sleepers article for the 2015 NFL season! With a couple of weeks under our belts, some players are already undervalued on DraftKings and FanDuel. Roles change more rapidly in NFL than they do anywhere else, leaving us a huge opportunity to get to cashing in. Here are some guys that our projection system likes that you might not see elsewhere.

We've also got Chris Raybon's Week 10 NFL picks sitting there waiting for you to digest.

If you read last week's value picks article and trusted some of our system's deeper value plays then you were a happy camper at the end of Monday night. Marcus Mariota, Lamar Miller and Delanie Walker ended up in many of the winning GPP lineups on the day and were top pts/$ plays in our system. We received a lot of love (and a lot of winning screenshots) from users this week. Very pumped about the success and looking to roll it back for Week 10.
A couple of notes on these picks. They are geared a little more towards DraftKings where, because of pricing range difference, it's a little easier to suss out some value on a given slate. Additionally, remember that these aren't necessarily your super safe cash game plays. There is always a little more risk with these picks than the ones laid out in Chris's Week 9 picks article.

QUARTERBACKS

Chris mentioned Kirk Cousins in his main picks article and he would have led this value play piece as well. If you are going on the low end of quarterbacks, that's the way to go.

Teddy Bridgewater - FD 6700 DK 5100
Opponent- OAK
He doesn't have the highest ceiling in the world simply because the Vikings aren't that adept on offense. What Bridgewater does provide though is a fine enough floor considering his price tier. He'll throw in dribs and drabs of rushing yards and even the occasional running TD which of course helps. There's also some reason to believe the Vikings will throw a little more than usual as they are slight dogs against Oakland in a game that does project for a fair amount of points. I'd be shocked if he was in the winning tournament lineup on Sunday, but in terms of somewhat safer cash game plays on the cheap, he isn't terrible (Ringing endorsement!)

RUNNING BACKS

LeGarrette Blount - FD 6900 DK 4900
Opponent- NYG
Look, we've been down the old Patriots' running back quagmire before. It's tough to predict how the Pats will utilize their running backs in any given contest. They are so adept and dangerous on the offensive side that if Brady threw the ball 100% of plays this week, I wouldn't be totally shocked. That being said, last week Blount saw a ton of touches and that narrative is buoyed with Dion Lewis now out. Now the Giants are much better against the run than the pass, which makes me think Brady just goes nuts. But in the event this gets out of hand, Blount could see a lot of usage especially late game.

Justin Forsett - FD 7100 DK 6000
Opponent- JAC
Forsett is in an interesting case this week. His carries have been down over the last few weeks and two of those games (San Diego and San Fran) were against teams who aren't necessarily great on defense. But, and here's the but, the last time Forsett saw over 20 carries in a game was when Steve Smith sat out. Am I grasping here? Maybe. But I think it stands to reason you see Baltimore rely heavier on the run in a game in which they are favored by 5 against the Jags. Jacksonville is second in the league in DVOA against the rush which I don't love. But I think you see a usage bump for Forsett here.

DeMarco Murray - FD 7700 DK 6200
Opponent- MIA
I really like the floor on Murray considering he's catching balls out of the backfield as well as dominating the rushing touches over the last month. He isn't the most efficient guy in the world, but the volume wins the day here. I especially like the DraftKings price with the full PPR you get over there. Miami's been pretty garbage-y over the course of the season on defense and the Eagles are healthy favorites in this one.

Anf finally, James Starks is listed as RB1 and is coming very cheap across the board.

WIDE RECEIVERS

Kamar Aiken - FD 5400 DK 4500
Opponent- JAC
This one is all about cost and opportunity. The last time Steve Smith sat out a game (against Cleveland in Week 7) Aiken dominated the targets from Flacco. He saw 9 looks, converting them to a 4/78 line. While not the best WR in the world, this becomes somewhat of a last man standing situation in Baltimore. I think you see Aiken and Forsett dominate looks this week and both are coming at lower salaries because of recent struggles. Fantastic time to buy.

Jamison Crowder - FD 5600 DK 3500
Opponent- NO
I feel like I include this guy every single week. And while he hasn't been terrible so to speak, he also hasn't busted it out of the box at all. Most of that comes from the lack of touchdowns. It's a problem for him because he barely sniffs a red zone target. You aren't running bad on TDs when you aren't looked at down and close. But the Saints are so very terrible on defense against the pass that really everyone involved with their passing game is in the mix this week, including Pierre Garcon who's just a little more expensive.

Dorial Green-Beckham - FD 5200 DK 3200
Opponent- CAR
This is almost completely contingent on Kendall Wright not playing. With Wright out of the lineup last week, DGB saw a big old bump in usage. With ten targets, Green-Beckham went 5/77. He's about as cheap as it gets across the board and would be a fantastic punt play if he were getting most of Wright's targets again this week.

TIGHT ENDS

Martellus Bennett - FD 5400 DK 4700
Opponent- STL
From a cheap perspective I like Jordan Reed a little more, but man it's tough to pass up the salaries on Bennett as well. He's averaged 10 targets a game over his last five games and finding the end zone twice. I'd consider him either way, but he'd see a bigger boost in expectation were Alshon Jeffery to sit again. The Rams are a good defense so there's reason to be a little cautious. But I'm looking at price and potential volume here.
