Goaltenders

Corey Crawford
Opponent - DET
FD - 9700 DK - 8100

Terrific matchup on Sunday afternoon between Original Six teams. Chicago is the big favorite(-170) today as both teams come in having struggled lately winning only four of the last 10 games. This will be a very competitive game that could very well be a 1-0 or 2-1 type of game. Crawford has won two straight games stopping 59 of 63 shots and beat the Wings in Detroit just four days ago stopping 31 of 33 shots. Look for a strong game from Crawford and possibly a shutout(don't like calling these but it feels right).

Jake Allen
Opponent - MIN
FD - 9000 DK - 7500

After a three game losing streak after returning from injury he has started to find some success he enjoyed early in the year. He has won back to back games and stopped 72 of 77 shots he has faced. While I don't think the Wild will fire 35+ shots today(ranked 19th in shots per game) I do think it will be one of the lowest scoring matchups of the day. Both teams have been playing well lately winning seven of their last 10 games but I feel the Blues are a better team overall and have a slight advantage today.

CENTER

Tyler Seguin
Opponent - OTT
FD - 7100 DK - 8300

He is currently experiencing a mini three game slump but don't worry too much as the shot volume continues to be very high. Over the last 10 games he only has six points but is averaging over four shots per game. He is an elite player on the leagues 2nd ranked offense. The benefit of the slump is great in daily fantasy. Not only does his price drop but people tend to use recency bias and avoid slumping players. A terrific opportunity to get tons of shares and cash in with the Stars today.

Stack with - Jamie Benn, Jason Spezza(PP)

Mark Scheifele
Opponent - EDM
FD - 6400 DK - 5500

He makes a great mid range value today at home vs. the Oilers. In his past 10 games he has tallied 13 points and added 28 shots on goal and an impressive +4 rating for one of the worst teams in the league. Playing on a line with Blake Wheeler is a huge advantage as he is one of the best setup men in the league with 40 assists.

Stack with - Blake Wheeler, Drew Stafford

Also Consider - Connor McDavid - Edmonton Oilers @ WPG

WINGERS

Taylor Hall
Opponent - WPG
FD - 6600 DK - 6600

This game has the potential to be high scoring as both teams rank in the bottom five of the league in goals allowed per game. Hall's price has really fallen off with the horrible month of February he experienced. He is starting to get back on track with goals in two straight games and points in three of his last four. In those games the shot volume has gone through the roof as he has tallied 22 shots in four games. Get him in your lineup.

Stack with - Leon Draisaitl, Patrick Maroon

Teuvo Teravainen
Opponent - DET
FD - 4500 DK - 3900

A punt play today to help pay up for some of the top guys in high scoring games. He has tallied an assist in three straight games and has added eight shots in that time. He will be extremely low owned on the Blackhawks third line and makes a terrific GP play on Sunday.

Stack with - Andrew Desjardins, Tomas Fleishman

DEFENSE

Dustin Byfuglien
Opponent - EDM
FD - 7100 DK - 6600

As mentioned above this could be the highest scoring game today and Big Byuf has been extremely consistent lately. He comes into this matchup with points in eight straight games and has averaged around 4 FP per game during those games. He has a safe floor for cash games and one of the highest upsides of any D man on the slate today.
Alex Goligoski
Opponent - OTT
FD - 4000 DK - 4600

It does not look like John Klingberg will suit up on Sunday pushing Goligoski into the #1 role and top D man for the Stars on the powerplay. He is averaging over 25 minutes of ice time and gets a bump with the added opportunity. The Stars are in a great matchup as the 2nd ranked offense going up against the 28th ranked defense.

Also Consider - Ryan Suter - Minnesota Wild vs. STL

  • Ryan and Chris,

I had a pretty productive night last night with Ryan's lineup suggestion and stacking Senators L1 with Jets L2.

I'm currently going Stars L1 with Senators L2. Any suggestions on the other two line stacks I should roll with.

I'm at the point now guys where I use Leftwinglock and can figure who to stack with who on which line.

  • Panarin, Zac Smith, P. Kane, Mark Stone, Anisimov, Pageau, Pietrangelo, Pouliot and Allen between the pipes.

Which stack should I go with in my second lineup?

    Thank u
