Welcome back for another night of NHL playoff hockey with Daily Fantasy Sports Rankings. We have another four game slate tonight with only the Washington Capitals having an opportunity to close out the Philadelphia Flyers in a four game sweep. The other three series are all at 2-1 with teams looking to either take control or even things up.

Goaltenders

Jonathan Quick
Opponent - SJ
FD - 8600 DK - 8300

The Kings fought back in game three and got back into the series with a 2-1 OT win on Monday. Quick has gotten better with each game in the series and stopped 29 of 30 shots he faced on Monday to get his first win of the series. It felt like a huge shift in momentum with the Kings win which is much needed as they face another near must win situation in San Jose tonight. Look for another tight, low scoring game and the possibility of another overtime.

Kari Lehtonen
Opponent - MIN
FD - 8500 DK - 7700

The Wild changed their gameplan up a bit and got under the skin of Lehtonen in game three. After only allowing one goal in the first two games, he let in four on just 24 shots he faced. The Stars got up 2-0 early in the game and got away from their aggressive style which is what allowed the Wild to score their way back into the series. Look a much better effort from Lehtonen and the whole Stars team tonight as they look to take control of the series as it heads back to Dallas for game five on Friday night.

CENTER

Nicklas Backstrom
Opponent - PHI
FD - 7000 DK - 6600

The Capitals have done nothing short of dominate the Flyers in the first round, outscoring them 12-2 so far in three games. Backstrom has been excellent with six points on only six shots and has a +2 rating. He plays on the top line with Alex Ovechkin and is the primary puck handler on the powerplay. Everything goes through him so gets a ton of opportunity for points, especially assists. Expect another strong offensive game from the top players on the Caps as the Flyers just take too many penalties to have a chance to climb back in this series.

Stack with - Alex Ovechkin, TJ Oshie

Nick Bjugstad
Opponent - NYI
FD - 6400 DK - 5100

One of the highest scoring series in the first round with 20 goals combined in just three games by these teams. The Panthers offense has bee, for the most part, lead by their second line with Nick Bjugstad at center. He has recorded a point in every game(four total) and has added 13 shots on goal. If the Panthers are to even this series on Long Island tonight they will again need to rely on their offense in what could be another high scoring game. Perfect for fantasy.

Stack with - Reilly Smith, Jussi Jokinen

Also Consider - Jeff Carter - Los Angeles Kings @ SJ

WINGERS

Jamie Benn
Opponent - MIN
FD - 8900 DK - 8400

Benn has been the leader for the Stars all season and into the playoffs, especially without Tyler Seguin unable to suit up for two of the three games vs. the Wild. It appears he will sit out another game tonight putting the pressure back on Benn to get the job done and not let the WIld back into this series. The Stars are by far the better team with the leagues #1 offense and Benn has recorded a point(five total) in each of the first three games. Look for him to lead by example tonight and not let the team back down after getting a early lead.

Stack with - Cody Eakin, Patrick Sharp

Marcus Johansson
Opponent - PHI
FD - 5100 DK - 4300

He has been skating on the third line with Mike Richards and Jason Chimera for most of the three games in this series. His value does not come at even strength as he has only recorded one point so far. This series sets up perfect for Johansson who skates on the top PP unit vs. a team that takes a ton of penalties. He has been excellent with the man advantage and has tallied four PP points in the first three games. Look for this trend to continue as the Flyers will most likely be playing chippy/dirty again s their season should most likely come to a close tonight.

Stack with - Top PP unit - Alex Ovechkin, Nicklas Backstrom, TJ Oshie, John Carlson

Also Consider - Milan Lucic - Los Angeles Kings @ SJ

DEFENSE

John Carlson
Opponent - PHI
FD - 6900 DK - 6100

He leads all defensemen in the playoffs in points with six in the first three games of the Caps series vs. the Flyers. Five of those points have come on the powerplay where the Caps have destroyed the Flyers. As long as the Flyers keep taking dumb penalties(have given up 17 powerplay opportunities so far) look for the Caps to strike again tonight and end the Flyers season in a four game sweep. As a Flyers fan I have no confidence in them playing smart and coming back to win even one game in this series.

Jake Muzzin
Opponent - SJ
FD - 4700 DK - 5900

As long as the Kings are in the playoff hunt, Muzzin will be included in my picks almost every night. He is extremely consistent for fantasy as he adds value in many areas. So far in three games he has recorded three points(two on the PP) and has added 12 shots on goal while playing over 25 minutes a game. On DraftKings he ads additional value as he has added 10 blocks in the first three games. He is a great option in any format in the mid tier of pricing.

Also Consider - Dmitry Kulikov - Florida Panthers @ NYI
