Goaltenders

Martin Jones
Opponent - NAS
FD - 9300 DK - 8000

The Sharks grabbed a 2-0 series lead at home and now travel to Nashville for the next two games. Good news? The Sharks were the best road team in the NHL during the regular season with a 28 wins. Jones was decent at during the season going 18-17-1 with a .912 save % but he was outstanding on the road going 25-7-3 with a .924 save % and three shutouts. It's clear the Sharks and Jones are more comfortable away from the Shark Tank and that bodes very well in this series. Jones has now won four straight games and six out of seven in these playoffs. Expect another strong effort as the Sharks have a great chance to put Nashville in a elimination spot after tonight.

Ben Bishop
Opponent - NYI
FD - 9900 DK - 8300

After being outplayed and beat by the Islanders in game one the Lightning came out flying and evened the series at one as games three and four will shift to Long Island. I am expecting a much closer, tighter defensive game tonight but see the Bolts coming out on top. They have limited the Islanders to 33 shots total in the first two games and I expect their Top 5 defense to limit them once again. Look for a back to back strong effort form the Lightning and Bishop.

CENTER

Logan Couture
Opponent - NAS
FD - 7200 DK - 6000

He has been outstanding for the Sharks in these playoffs. He extended his point streak to four games and now has multiple points in three straight games. He is getting over 17 minutes of ice time a game and makes a very affordable stackign option with Ward and Donskoi and a terrific option on the PP beside Joe Thornton and Joe Pavelski.

Stack with - Joel Ward, Joonas Donskoi

Tyler Johnson
Opponent - NYI
FD - 6800 DK - 6100

Johnson rebounded nicely after being shut down in game seven vs. the Red Wings and game one of this series. He picked up two goals and an assist in a 4-1 Lightning win to even the series at one. He now has 10 points in seven playoff games as the Bolts take to the road for games three and four. He provides a nice floor averaging over two shots a game and makes an elite stacking option with sniper Nikita Kucherov.

Stack with  - Nikita Kucherov, Ondrej Palat

WINGERS

Jamie Benn
Opponent - STL
FD - 9200 DK - 8300

The NHL leader in playoff points has been incredible for the Stars without Tyler Seguin in the lineup. He now has a point in all but one game in the playoffs and three multi point efforts. Game on of this series was a tight checking 2-1 victory for the Stars while game two opened up as the Blues evened the series with a 4-3 overtime win. The Series now shifts to St. Louis where the Blues won all three matchups this season vs. teh Stars. It will take a huge efort from the Stars and especially Jamie Benn if the Stars are to avoid going down in a series for teh first time in these playoffs.

Stack with - Cody Eakin, Patrick Sharp

Jonathan Drouin
Opponent - NYI
FD - 4900 DK - 4500

He gets my vote for value of the playoffs so far as he has stepped up in a big way for the Bolts after a roller coaster regular season off the ice. He is coming off a terrific two point game and now has seven points in the playoffs and has been moved up into the Top 6 where he is getting between 15 and 20 minutes of ice time a game.

Stack with - Alex Killorn, Valtteri Filppula

DEFENSE

Brent Burns
Opponent - NAS
FD - 8100 DK - 8600

If you can get enough value in your lineup tonight it will be well worth paying up for Burns. I mean his beard was cool before the playoffs even started. One could say he has been in playoff mode longer than most. He has a point in all but one game for the Sharks in these playoffs with four multi point efforts and is tied with John Tavares with 11 points which is one point behind the Jamie Benn for the playoff lead. He skates over 23 minutes a game and his motor never stops. Expect another strong game from Burns who will look to continue his point streak to five games.

Ryan Ellis
Opponent - SJ
FD - 4000 DK - 4500

If you are playing on DraftKings and looking for punt value Ellis makes a nice choice. The offensive upside is limited as he has only picked up one point in these playoffs but adds fantasy value with shots and blocked shots. He has recorded two or more DraftKings points in four straight games.

Also Consider - Kevin Shattenkirk - St. Louis Blues vs. DAL

  • Hi Chris good pics again tonight. I think we gotta play Quinne for so cheap on both sites. It looks like he's gonna okay on 1st line with Tavares and okposo and #2 pp.
