Tampa Bay Rays vs. Chris Tillman (BAL)

Targeting against Orioles pitching has been an optimal strategy all season. The have the second worst starting rotation in the league when looking at ERA(5.59) and a big contributor to that has been Chris Tillman and his 8.39 ERA through 10 starts. He is literally struggling in every single area. Walking way too many(4.9 BB/9) and not striking out enough(6.3 K/9) while giving up over 35% hard contact and a 17% HR/FB rate. The Rays are currently projected to score the most runs of any team on the slate and I fully back it and will be all over the Rays bats tonight. It starts with Corey Dickerson who leads the team with a .399 wOBA and 55 wRC+ against right-handed pitching and I will surround him with Evan Longoria who I mentioned in the article has been much better against righties this year. After those two, I like Mallex Smith from the leadoff spot and Steven Souza Jr. as well. To be honest, I think the Rays are a team you can stack in many different ways as they have nine hitters with a wRC+ of 100 or greater vs. righties.

Chicago White Sox vs. Austin Bibens-Dirkx (TEX)

I am going a bit off the board with stack #2 tonight. I thing is for sure. I did not mention them because I enjoy writing Austin Bibens-Dirkx over and over. Good luck with that spell checker! I bring up the White Sox because of the matchup and the fact the White Sox should be low owned for two reasons. First of all, a lot of people look at Vegas totals and implied runs when stacking and the White Sox are currently the 15th highest projected team. Second, they have stood out all season when looking at splits as they lead the league vs. southpaws and rank right near the bottom vs. righties(has a feel like the Padres last night). I think we can take advantage of the ssible ownership gap tonight as Austin Bibens-Dirkx is rolling extremely lucky this season. He started the season out of the bullpen and has now made four starts and sits with an extremely unsustainable .194 BABIP, especially considering the ultra-low 5.2 K/9 rate and 5.25 xFIP. I will build my stack around Jose Abreu and Avisail Garcia who hit third and fourth in the lineup and build out the rest when lineups come out. Alen Hanson makes a nice punt value if he is back in the leadoff spot as he has, in a limited sample, led the team vs. right-handed pitching.
