What We Know

Hassan Whiteside, Devin Booker, Dwight Howard, Brandon Ingram, Dennis Smith Jr. are out

These are guys who have been out for a few days or more. We know exactly what to do. If you have any questions, comment down below and I'll get to you immediately!

Blake Griffin will sit out for rest purposes against the Sixers

They say he's just resting, but he had a big collision with AD last night and is on the second leg of a back to back. I would assume he's not fully 100%. In his absence, there will be a ton to look at. Minutes-wise, Stanley Johnson (if cleared to play) and Jon Leuer will get big bumps. Andre Drummond will also have his minutes cemented over 30. On the usage end, Drummond and RJax are the easy picks. Jackson is one of my favorite plays on the night at his price and I'll have close to 100% of him.

Kyrie Irving, Gordon Hayward, Al Horford, and Aron Baynes will all sit out against the Pelicans

A ton of news here. Especially against a Pelicans squad that plays fast and will likely be missing their best defender. Terry Rozier and Marcus Smart are the obvious picks, who will both grab 30+ minutes and easily reach value. Jaylen Brown, Marcus Morris, Daniel Theis, and Jayson Tatum are all elite plays and I'm fine with any of them in cash games or tournaments. There isn't a wrong way to go on this Celtics squad tonight.

John Wall is out with a bone spur in his left heel

We learned that Wall was sick last game and was absolutely terrible. He probably played the worst game of his career. He'll take a game off here and we know what to do. Satoransky picked up 38 minutes with Wall out last time and almost got to 40 fantasy points. Brad Beal also played 41 minutes and saw a huge usage bump. He put up 55 fantasy points and now sees an even better match-up against the Pacers. The rest of the starters will also pick up some usage, but Beal and Satoransky are the two main appeals.

What We're Waiting to Know

Anthony Davis is questionable to play with a bruised hip

Davis banged into Blake Griffin last night and is obviously feeling it a little bit. Even if Anthony Davis is cleared to play, I have no interest in the second leg of a back to back. If he's ruled out, Julius Randle is one of the top plays on the entire night. Jrue Holiday and Nikola Mirotic will also pick up big minutes and see huge usage bumps. On the lower end, E'Twaun Moore and Cheick Diallo are very interesting. The Celtics are an average defense and I'm not afraid to target them at all.

Jamal Murray is questionable to play with a shin splint

He's also dealing with a forearm contusion, but the coaches are saying neither is serious. He played just 24 minutes last game and didn't look like himself. If he does play I have no interest against the slow-paced Grizzlies. If Murray sits, all three of Malik Beasley, Monte Morris, and Torrey Craig will all benefit. The Grizzlies aren't a great match-up, but they're all cheap and will get over 30 minutes if Murray sits out.

Every Lineup Guys

Terry RozierTerry Rozier FD - $4100 DK - $5300
Opponent - NO
Proj Pts FD - 34.43 DK - 34.88

Rozier is an easy pick. With Kyrie Irving out, Rozier should be pretty close to 100% owned. Go ahead and take advantage of anyone who doesn't play him by making sure he's in every lineup. Marcus Smart is another lock in cash games, and he's nearly as cheap. Terry Rozier is close to $4k on both sites and will only need you 25 to make you happy. He's going to play 34-38 minutes and I would project him for closer to 45 fantasy points than 20. Unless you don't like money, play Terry Rozier.

Tomas SatoranskyTomas Satoransky FD - $4300 DK - $4200
Opponent - IND
Proj Pts FD - 28.7 DK - 28.38

I could've gone with Marcus Smart or Daniel Theis here, but let's stay away from the Celtics for now. John Wall is going to sit tonight and we can safely project Satoransky for 34+ minutes and a ton of usage. The Pacers love to play fast and Vegas thinks this game stays close and is sure to be high-scoring. There just isn't any downside here for a guy that is close to a fantasy point per minute when on the floor. There is a ton of value to pick from tonight and these two are my favorites.
