Point Guard

Luka Doncic FD - $10600 DK - $11300
Opponent - CLE
Proj Pts FD - 50.45 DK - 54.9

With Jokic questionable, there is a lack of superstars at the top of the salary making Doncic easily my top pay-up tonight. The price is near its peak which does hurt the PTS/$ some but this play is more about locking in raw points as Luka comes in having dropped 50 or more fantasy points in five straight and eight of his last 10 games while averaging 54.6 per game. The matchup isn't great on paper as the Cavs are 9th in defensive efficiency but Luka contributes across the board averaging nearly a double-double on the season(25-8-8) giving him a very high floor and ceiling. Lock and load in all formats.

Lonzo Ball FD - $6700 DK - $7000
Opponent - CHA
Proj Pts FD - 34.64 DK - 36.7

The Ball brothers will go head to head tonight and while most of our attention this season has been on LaMelo, I lean Lonzo in tonight's matchup for multiple reasons. It starts with price and not that LaMelo is overpriced(he has earned every dollar of that 10K+ tag) but Lonzo provides more PTS/$ in a much better matchup as LaMelo's Hornets rank 25th in defensive efficiency and 3rd in pace. We are looking for about 35 fantasy points from Lonzo tonight and he has hit that total in three straight and take out the blowout vs. Indiana and he has averaged 34 over the last 10 games. I will have exposure in all formats.

Shooting Guard

Darius Garland FD - $7200 DK - $7700
Opponent - DAL
Proj Pts FD - 35.89 DK - 40.7

Garland should probably be listed above at PG but he doesn't have the SG designation on both sites so here we are! No matter the position, he has been a consistent fantasy provider recently averaging 36 minutes, 19 shots, 21.3 points, 6.4 assists, and over 37 fantasy points per game. While this game does have one of the lower totals on the slate, I do like the matchup as Dallas ranks 19th in defensive efficiency and is expected to stay close which should allow Garland to easily get to value once again.

Kelly Oubre Jr. FD - $5300 DK - $5300
Opponent - CHI
Proj Pts FD - 23.11 DK - 25.67

It's a little unconventional to write up a sixth-man but Oubre is quickly becoming one of the best in the league and this game has the potential to be very high scoring. I do prefer the Bulls side but for this game to stay close there will need to be production on the other side and Oubre comes in red-hot with 17+ shots and 20+ points in three straight games. The price is going up and with him coming off the bench, he will be very low owned making him a great GPP pivot in the mid range.

Small Forward

Luguentz Dort FD - $5600 DK - $5400
Opponent - HOU
Proj Pts FD - 28.63 DK - 31.19

The price is slowly moving up for Dort but this is still a buy-low situation given his consistent production recently. Over his last 10 games, he has averaged over 33 minutes while taking 16 shots a game and has averaged 21 points and five rebounds for an average of 32 fantasy points per game which is nearly a 6x return. That should be a very attainable floor tonight in a great matchup vs. Houston who ranks 20th in defensive efficiency and lead the league in pace. Lock and load in all formats.

Nassir Little FD - $4200 DK - $3500
Opponent - UTA
Proj Pts FD - 21.7 DK - 23.27

Now to one of my favorite punt plays on this slate which will make rostering two to three top plays every easy, especially on DraftKings. Norman Powell was ruled out this morning which is most likely going to lead to a spot start for Nassir Little. It is mostly speculation but he started both games Powell missed earlier this season and played 26 and 31 minutes putting up 19 and 26 fantasy points. I will take the former as a floor for cash games and feel the ceiling is likely around 30 fantasy points if he gets the start. Stay tuned for starting lineups and join us in chat to discuss.

Power Forward/Center

Domantas Sabonis FD - $8300 DK - $8400
Opponent - MIN
Proj Pts FD - 43.31 DK - 47.38

Indiana is on the road tonight and while the matchup is nothing to write home about(MIN 11th in def eff), the Pacers' top players are currently underpriced and it starts with Sabonis who has been in the $9K range on both sites this season. He is coming off his worst shooting performance of the season(1 for 8) but is averaging a double-double(15-11) over the last 10 games and despite a few duds is still averaging 37 fantasy points per game. In a game with the third-highest total that is also expected to stay close, I will have plenty of exposure to Sabonis in all formats.

Kyle Kuzma FD - $6900 DK - $6400
Opponent - SA
Proj Pts FD - 32.14 DK - 35.82

To say the move out of L.A. was beneficial would be a huge understatement for Kuzma this season as he has been a huge part of the Wizards hot start that sees them 3rd in the East at the moment. He comes into tonight with a double-double in four of his last 10 and eight on the season while averaging 9.1 rebounds per game. He also gets a huge advantage on the boards tonight as the Spurs rank 27th in that category. All things considered, he is a core play for me at the forward position tonight.

Wendell Carter Jr. FD - $6500 DK - $6300
Opponent - PHI
Proj Pts FD - 37.67 DK - 40.93

Talk about riding the hot hand as WCJ comes into Monday with three straight double-doubles while averaging over 41 fantasy points. Those are numbers we expect to get from a mid 7-8K player and while the price is going up rapidly with Carter, this is still a bit of a buy-low. His biggest strength and value comes from his rebounding(9.5 per game) and while the Magic are huge dogs here, the Sixers do rank dead last in rebounding which does give Carter a decent floor. If he can continue with the hot shooting, there is also a good chance this game can stay close getting WCJ another full run of minutes.
