GOALIE

Darcy KuemperDarcy Kuemper FD - $8000 DK - $8300
Opponent - LA
Proj Pts FD - 22.47 DK - 5.62

As of writing this, the Coyotes are just one game behind the Avs(playing on Monday) in the Western Conference wildcard race. It has been almost all on the back of Kuemper as the offense has scored more than two goals in a game just once int eh last eight games. Kuemper, however, has posted shutouts in two of his last three starts and has a .950 save % over his last 10 starts. Tonight he gets a terrific matchup as a -220 home favorite against a Kings team that ranks 30th in road offense and has been out of the picture for a while now. Fire up Kuemper in all formats.
Pekka RinnePekka Rinne FD - $8300 DK - $7900
Opponent - BUF
Proj Pts FD - 21.2 DK - 5.3

On FanDuel, it is Kuemper with the discount but on DraftKings I like Rinne who is $400 cheaper tonight. He has been very up and down overall but is enjoying a nice stretch lately allowing one or fewer earned runs in four of his last five starts. While on the road again tonight, he gets a terrific matchup against a Sabres team that has fallen off the map losing seven straight and 14 of 16 since the start of March. There is an argument to be made that Rinne is the top goalie on this slate in all formats.

Dallas Stars

Opponent - vs. PHI
Moneyline - DAL(-180)
Vegas Total - 5.5
Team Projection - 3.5

This matchup gives us two teams going in opposite directions at the moment. The Stars hold the #1 wildcard spot in the West at the moment while the Flyers have been recently eliminated from playoff contention. The other thing that stands out here is that the Stars have been better offensively at home while the Flyers are just bad defensively no matter the area. They come into tonight having lost four of their last five games while giving 19 goals. Below are two of my favorite plays on the entire slate.

Tyler SeguinTyler Seguin FD - $8200 DK - $7300
Opponent - PHI
Proj Pts FD - 17.57 DK - 5.19

Alexander RadulovAlexander Radulov FD - $7100 DK - $7200
Opponent - PHI
Proj Pts FD - 16.5 DK - 4.85

I only get a few more opportunities to write about Tyler Seguin this season so here we go. It always starts with his elite floor as he enters tonight with an 11.7 shots per 60 and 19.9 iCorsi per 60 on the season and it has paid off lately as he has tallied 51 shots on goal in his last 10 games. The Stars offense has been pretty terrible outside of a few players so it is pretty impressive Seguin has put together 75 in 79 games, his sixth straight 70+ point season since joining the Stars back in 2013-14. I will be pairing Seguin with Alexander Radulov who has also been red-hot lately with 11 points in his last 10 games with 39 shots on goal. He is also averaging over 21 minutes of ice-time in that span which is pretty impressive for a winger. Roll them out together in cash games as an elite two-man stack and add Jamie Benn and John Klingberg for a high upside GPP stack.

Also consider Jamie Benn or John Klingberg as additions to the above for GPP's or Miro Heiskanen as a value play on defense

Nashville Predators

Opponent - @ BUF
Moneyline - NSH(-230)
Vegas Total - 5.5
Team Projection - 3.4

The Preds haven't exactly been a top tier offense this season(19th) but have take advantage of these premiere matchups. Tonight, they will face a Sabers team, that I mentioned above, have been a sinking ship losing 14 of 16 games since the start of March while giving up over four goals per game.

Viktor ArvidssonViktor Arvidsson FD - $7600 DK - $6200
Opponent - BUF
Proj Pts FD - 14.85 DK - 4.15

Filip ForsbergFilip Forsberg FD - $7300 DK - $5800
Opponent - BUF
Proj Pts FD - 14.04 DK - 4.06

Roman JosiRoman Josi FD - $6300 DK - $6200
Opponent - BUF
Proj Pts FD - 13.98 DK - 4.14

From a cash game perspective, I am only trusting Viktor Arvidsson here. He is coming in hot with goals in two straight and points in three straight with 13 shots on goal and has a near-elite 17.9 iCorsi per 60 on the season. Filip Forsberg has struggled like the offense as a whole but he continues to shoot a ton with 27 shots in his last 10 games with a 10.8 shots per 60 and 21.9 iCorsi per 60 on the season. On defense, Roman Josi has seen his upside dip lately with just two points in his last 10 games but the floor has remained high with a combined 56 shots/blocks in that time. I am willing to load up in all formats with this matchup.

Also consider Craig Smith who skates on the second line but joins Arvidsson on the top powerplay unit.

Colorado Avalanche

Opponent - vs. EDM
Moneyline - COL(-175)
Vegas Total - 6.0
Team Projection - 3.5

Update on the Western Conference wildcard race. Colorado lost to St. Louis in overtime on Monday night but picked up a crucial point and enter Tuesday with a two-point lead. Both teams are playing on a back to back tonight but advantage Avs as the Oilers are also playing a third game in four nights. The Avs are also heavily favored(-180) in this one and sit tied with Dallas as the top projected scoring offense(3.5 goals) tonight.

Nathan MacKinnonNathan MacKinnon FD - $8700 DK - $7700
Opponent - EDM
Proj Pts FD - 18.46 DK - 5.52

Gabriel LandeskogGabriel Landeskog FD - $7400 DK - $6900
Opponent - EDM
Proj Pts FD - 15.24 DK - 4.57

Tyson BarrieTyson Barrie FD - $6500 DK - $6200
Opponent - EDM
Proj Pts FD - 14.19 DK - 4.3

Nathan MacKinnon has been in beast mode down the stretch with 11 points over his last 10 games. For fantasy, it has been the elite floor he provides that really stands out as he has four or more shots in nine straight games(51 total). Gabriel Landeskog is now skating on the second line but joins MacKinnon on the top powerplay unit where he has tallied six of his 11 points over the last 10 games. On defense, Tyson Barrie is right near the top of the projections as he also checks all the boxes. He has not only flashed his upside lately averaging a point per game over his last 10, but he has also provided a sky-high floor with a combined 52 shots/blocks in that time. Fire up one or a combination of all three Avs in all formats.

Also consider J.T. Compher or Alexander Kerfoot who skate with MacKinnon on the top line or Ian Cole/Erik Johnson as value d-men
