That was against one of the worst teams in basketball, and he gets another matchup like that on Monday. The Grizzlies stink, like Detroit, and we could have a lot of Pistons in cash for this slate. Cade’s price hasn’t moved all that much on either site, and the Pistons clearly are fine running their guy's minutes down the stretch, unlike some other bottom-feeding teams. The Pistons banked so many losses earlier in the season, that they don’t have to go into the tank quite as hard. Dejounte Murray FD - $10500 DK - $9800Opponent - CHIProj Pts FD - 48.42 DK - 52.33 Even with Jalen Johnson possibly back for this game, it’s tough to fade Dejounte Murray these days with how much he’s playing and how much the Hawks need him to do everything. Murray has played 40+ minutes in regulation in four of the last six games, putting up more than 20 shots (including 44! againnst Boston), and averaging 27/9 over the last month. In terms of floor, he has one of the highest ones going on this slate. The price is up there for sure, but there are a few ways to save here on Monday. Jaden Ivey FD - $6400 DK - $6100Opponent - MEMProj Pts FD - 33.36 DK - 35.88 It was encouraging to see the 37 minutes for Jaden Ivey on Friday against the Wizards. Getting that kind of run out of a bad team at this point in the season actually does mean something. He ended up going 5-17 from the field, which you don’t love on an efficiency level, but love on the overall usage front. The price sits in the mid-tier which does help when constructing lineups, and you get so many of the Pistons’ shots by stacking Cade Cunningham and Jaden Ivey on this slate. Thibs just runs these guys into the ground, and from a fantasy perspective, that’s great news for us. Jalen Brunson is at the center of that. Now, that being said, they’ve managed his minutes to some degree, sitting him in the mid-30s over the last week. Though some of that was circumstance more than plan. I’m still on him for having one of the highest floors around and he gets a great matchup against the Spurs on Friday. Josh Giddey FD - $7400 DK - $6300Opponent - PHOProj Pts FD - 37.07 DK - 40.29 Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is going to sit out again here on Friday which means another great spot for Josh Giddey and some other Oklahoma City Thunder guys on this slate. He played 32 minutes in the overtime loss against Houston on Wednesday, finishing with 31 points, seven rebounds, and four assists when it was all said and done. The minutes (or lack thereof) are a little concerning, but the production was elite. On DraftKings, this is an easy call where the price hasn’t corrected. On FanDuel, it’s a bit closer though I think we can run him in cash there again. Rayan Rupert FD - $4300 DK - $3400Opponent - MIAProj Pts FD - 23.99 DK - 27.41 Rayan Rupert isn’t all that good of a fantasy player, but he’s in line for major minutes on Friday with the Trailblazers still dealing with all manner of injuries (tanking and otherwise). Rupert played 39 minutes on Wednesday in the loss to Atlanta. He finished with an uninsprigin seven points, six rebounds, and five assists in that game. Crushing it? No. But the price and minutes might win out here. If we need a cheap play who should be on the court a ton, it’s hard to argue with Rupert. There are a lot of solid options in the upper tier who have been crushing of late. First and foremost is Dejounte Murray who’s been one of the best fantasy plays around since Trae Young went down a month ago. In that stretch, Murray is averaging 26 points, 9.5 assists, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.3 steals in close to 40 minutes per game. With the Hawks still fighting to stay in the play-in, he’s got a very high floor every night. And on Wednesday he gets to play the lowly Blazers. This is lining up to be an easy play. Jalen Brunson FD - $9500 DK - $9400Opponent - TORProj Pts FD - 48.36 DK - 52.66 Miles McBride FD - $5900 DK - $5600Opponent - TORProj Pts FD - 31.88 DK - 34.16 Few other starting units are allowed to play the number of minutes the Knicks see on a night-to-night basis and that’s all thanks to Thibs who doesn’t care about scores or blowouts where the run is concerned. Witness the other night when the Knicks were up 30 against the Pistons and the starters were all out there. Jalen Brunson and Miles McBride should see a ton of playing time again and are both values in their respective price ranges. Brunson has taken 20+ shots in each of the last six games and some of those were blowouts where his minutes got cut some. If the Raptors can keep this close (a big “if”) then he has a very high floor. Meanwhile, Mile McBride had been allowed to play nearly every minute of every game over a stretch, something that came to an end last game only because the Knicks were winning by so much. But there’s no better predictor of fantasy success than time spent on the court. And this guy has been allowed to do it more than almost anyone else in basketball. Jalen...

That will be on the high end of expectation, but his price is just too low on both sites considering the context around this Houston team. Jalen Green FD - $8500 DK - $8800Opponent - PORProj Pts FD - 45.09 DK - 49.02 Jalen Green is on such a heater right now, taking a total leap since Sengun left the lineup, and leading the Rockets on their current eight-game winning streak. Over the last five games, Green is averaging 34.2 points, 7.4 rebounds, and four assists, taking more than 20 shots per game. It’s a leap for sure, and we actually still probably haven’t hit the right price point for him. Having FVV and Green as the core of cash games is almost certainly the right move here and they will be popular on both sites. Miles McBride FD - $5900 DK - $5400Opponent - DETProj Pts FD - 34.55 DK - 36.22 It’s hard to argue with a guy who plays 48 minutes a game, something Mile “Deuce” McBride did last game against the Nets. In fact, over the last three games, McBride has only *not* played in five minutes. This is basically insane in modern basketball, something that no player ever does. And yet, here we are. He has scored 26, 11, and 29 points in those affairs, getting hot in two games from beyond the arc. That being said, it’s such a good matchup for Luka Doncic and the rest of Dallas that we have to strongly consider playing him in cash even at these high prices. He’s triple-doubled in eight of his last ten games, averaging 32/10.6/10 over the month of March. It’s an elite run, unlike much else we’ve seen from a fantasy perspective. If there are any savings at all throughout the rest of the slate (and there will be), then Luka makes as high floor a play as you can make. De'Aaron Fox FD - $9600 DK - $9300Opponent - WASProj Pts FD - 50.52 DK - 53.35 If you don’t want to pay through the nose for Luka and can stomach the fade, then De'Aaron Fox and the Kings guys are in as good a spot as you can get for a DFS slate. They play the Wizards, who aren’t only the worst defensive efficiency team in the league but also run the fastest pace as well. If the game can stay close (a big “if”), then Fox should see high 30s minutes, putting up shots in the high teens. He’s had some ceiling games of late for sure, and this matchup is just too good to pass up. Miles McBride FD - $5200 DK - $4700Opponent - DENProj Pts FD - 28.16 DK - 30.23 Miles McBride got the start last game with OG Anunoby back on the shelf and should again here on Thursday. In true Tom Thibodeau fashion, Deuce went out and basically ran the entire time. He played 47 in regulation, finishing with 29 points on 9-13 shooting. Now, it should be mentioned that there was very little else to speak of, tallying just two assists and a rebound in all that time.
