Daily Fantasy MLB Weather Report 7/2/16

We’ve got Mark Paquette from MLB DFS Weather bringing you daily reports on today’s baseball slate. He’ll point out the where the sun is shining, any trouble spots around the league and where the wind may be in your favor. Be sure to to also give him a Twitter follow at @mlbdfsweather

The weather will be relatively quiet as compared to last night, especially in the Northeast and mid-Atlantic where a cool, dry air mass has drained in. A highly unusual weather system for July will affect the St. Louis region and cause a huge PPD/delay risk. I call his system unusual because a) the low pressure system is fairly far south for this time of year b) there will be no lightning associated with it and c) temperatures will be way below normal. An all-around wet weather setup that will lead many wise DFS'ers to avoid this game.
