Daily Fantasy NBA News and Injury Updates for FanDuel and DraftKings - 11/29/16

Welcome to the daily updates and injury news article. We'll try and update it right up to line-up locks with as much information as comes across our desks. Let's get to it!

Last night's picks can be found here, so you can wrap your mind around what you need to be looking at before lineups lock tonight.

By the way - we keep our projection system updated with all of the changes as they occur throughout the day right up until lineup lock. Every day. If you want access to that system so you can cut out a lot of the research element, click the button below!

What We Know

D'Angelo Russell is out, and will miss another week or so

Russell is a huge part of the Lakers offense, so his absence gives us some opportunity. Lou Williams and Jordan Clarkson are the 2 best options here, and both make great options tonight. They will get minutes, and minutes typically mean production, especially against the pelicans. Jose Calderon may also pick up some minutes, but I have no interest in a 20 point ceiling.

Marvin Williams is out

With Williams out over the last 2 games, Kaminsky has gotten huge minutes. Zeller and Hawes have alternated in top center minutes, so that is not too predictable. I would go with Kaminsky in both cash games and tournaments.

What We're Waiting to Know

Julius Randle is questionable with a hip injury

Randle has missed the last 3 games, and I expect him to miss this one as well. Thomas Robinson and Brandon Ingram benefit the most, and the guards should get a few extra shots as well. If Randle play, I would remove my ownership of all of the Lakers bigs.

The "Every Lineup" Guys

Anthony Davis

Anthony Davis against the Lakers, what could go wrong? I say that somewhat jokingly, but if he is on the court all night, how in the world dis he going to be stopped? Timofey Mozgov and Thomas Robinson both lack the ability to stay in fornt of anyone, and Davis should be able to get to the trim at ease. On a slate like tonight, I don't see the point of fading Davis and I will have him across the board in all of my lineups. I am willing to go down with the ship tonight.

Jordan Clarkson

With D'Angelo Russell out, Clarkson has eclipsed 30 minutes in 2 straight games and eclipsed 30 fantasy points in both of those. Clarkson remains a good play tonight against the elicans, who lack any type of perimeter defense. Clarkson should be able to to attack with ease, which doesn't bode well for the Lakers faders. There are a bunch of slow games on this slate, so make sure you target this one.
