First off, Noah Syndergaard was scratched after they posted the podcast and Matt Harvey will take his spot in the rotation. But the early slate also features Corey Kluber, Justin Verlander and Carlos Martinez.
The Cardinals are in a good spot all day in their double header against the Blue Jays, facing Mat Latos and Casey Lawrence respectively. And then we need to consider paying up for Coors’ bats.
In the evening it’s all Chris Sale against the Yankees. He’s been about the best pitcher in baseball this season and is the clear cut ace for the evening.
