Cleveland Indians vs. Wade Miley (BAL)

I will be turning to the Cleveland Indians as my top stack. While they come in behind the Yankees in implied runs, I do think they will be lower owned on the road in a below average hitters park as compared to Yankee Stadium. Now consider that the Indians are the hottest team in the major league's over the past week with a .414 wOBA, 161 wRC+ and 62 runs scored. They have won seven of their last eight and look to close out the Orioles today for another series win. I will be looking to the top of their lineup for the bulk of my stack tonight and it starts with Francisco Lindor who has been moved to the leadoff spot and enters tonight with a .360 wOBA and 124 wRC+ vs. left-handed pitching. Jason Kipnis in the two hole can be skipped as he has struggled vs. lefties but after that is where the power lies with Edwin Encarnacion who is scorching hot in June and Jose Ramirez who holds a .353 wOBA and 119 wRC+ vs. left-handed pitching.

Seattle Mariners vs. Daniel Norris (DET)

After the Yankees and Indians, I think there are a few teams who will battle for third in ownership and all come with upside. I lean in the direction of the Mariners who can be generally tough to stack due to their lefty/righty splits throughout their lineup. You can avoid lefty bats in Robinson Cano and Kyle Seager who both have a wOBA under .300 in the LH split but load up on Nelson Cruz who is known as one of the best hitters in the league vs. left-handed pitching. He has actually hit righties a tick better this year but elite vs. both overall. If Mitch Haniger is back up at the top of the order in the two hole tonight, he makes a terrific value as he has been tremendous vs. lefties with a .416 wOBA and 167 wRC+. If you are looking for a value option at the catcher position to surround your stack with a couple other big bats, consider Mike Zunino who sits right behind Haniger in hitting vs. lefties with a .380 wOBA and 143 wRC+. His value will go up if he creeps up into the top six of the lineup tonight. Stay tuned.
