Los Angeles Angels

The Angels aren't one of the more popular stacks and I love that. We have the Texas Rangers as the highest implied team with a 6.75, but I can't get behind it. While Miguel Gonzalez isn't good, he's 100x better than James Shields and Derek Hollan. They are pitching machines on legs and we will be targeting them every single time they throw a baseball. Gonzalez on the other hand, is an actual pitcher with hopes and aspirations. Either way, the Rangers are in play. I just think they may see some inflate ownership after the last 2 days and we don't really care what they did the last 2. Instead, this Angels team is one I'll look to be all over. Usually playing in Angels Stadium, this is a huge ballpark upgrade. We saw Trout hit 2 homers in 2 pitches yesterday and he was my top play of the slate. He's once again that and I will have him a ton in both cash games and tournaments. Chris Tillman is bad. There is no way around it. Since the start of the season, he's allowed a .416 wOBA to righties and a .427 to lefties. He's by all means bad and you can target both sides of the plate. Mike Trout and COle Kalhoun are my favorites, with Pujols and Revere following shortly behind. Don't be afraid to target an offense that usually doesn't have an upside at home. That all changes in Camden Yards.

Main Stack - Mike Trout, Cole Kalhoun, Albert Pujols, Ben Revere
Sneaky Stack - Mike Trout, Cole Kalhoun, Luis Valbuena, C.J. Cron

Tampa Bay Rays

Once again, I don't think this will end up being one of the more popular stacks of the day. It's somewhat challenging to stack the Rays when you can go to the Rangers or Cubs, who are aesthetically more pleasing. However, FanDuel points don't discriminate. The balls hit in Tampa are worth the same as the ones in Houston. The Rays see one of the best match-ups of the year in Yovani Gallardo. Gallardo definitely thinks he's still a good pitcher and it's probably why it's so entertaining to see him get beat up. It happens nearly every start and Vegas expects it here with an implied team total nearing 6. Looking into Gallardo, not much needs to be said. He's striking out just 6 batters per 9 innings and has allowed a combined wOBA of .351. In 100 innings, he's allowed 21 home runs. This sets up perfectly for the Rays and I think they come in around 10% owned. Dickerson is my top option and I'll never have a stack without him. Morrison and Kiermaier are next, with Longo a close 4th. THis is a pretty concentrated offense, so I don't think I'll be targeting the bottom of it. Not a big fan of Jesus Sucre or Adeiny Hechavarria.

Main Stack - Kevin Kiermaier, Corey Dickerson, Lucas Duda, Logan Morrison
Sneaky Stack - Corey Dickerson, Evan Longoria, Logan Morrison, Steven Souza
