Beverley is dealing with knee soreness and the Clippers announced yesterday the he would miss both games of this weekends back to back set making him ineligible for tonight's tilt with the Pelicans. With Milos Teodosic still out as well Austin Rivers will likely continue playing at the point with Lou Williams picking up added time at shooting guard.
D Rose didn't play Thursday against the Rockets, missing his fifth contest of the season with discomfort in his ankle. Rose has been rolling for the Cavs when he is healthy, despite a tight minutes restriction, scoring double digits in five straight games. The Cavs have ruled Rose out again tonight for their game in Dallas. Iman shumpert should remain in the starting lineup.
Bayless remains out indefinitely for the Sixers, as does Markelle Fultz. as noted in last nights picks article. Look for T.J. McConnell to continue to be the prime beneficiary of the extra time at the point for Philly.
Augustin missed four games already dealing with a hamstring strain, and is expected to miss Orlando's entire four game road trip which continues with game two tonight in Denver. In addition, the Magic will rest Elfrid Payton tonight. Shelvin Mack will most likely start for Orlando, though Johnathon Simmons looks to be a promising punt play as he sees a 3.6 usage bump with Payton out for a 29.1% usage rate.
KD missed Wednesday's game with a bruised thigh, but was a full participant in practice on Friday, and is fully expected to start tonight. Though Steph Curry and Klay Thompson become much more appealing with KD off the court, they're both still solid cash considerations tonight in a high scoring fast paced tilt with the Sixers. Iguodala meanwhile is out for a planned rest day. His minutes will likely be split amongst Patrick McCaw, Omri Casspi, and Nick Young, none of whom garner any interest for DFS purposes.
I touched on this a bit in last night's picks article. Porzingis was held out on Wednesday in Orlando with inflammation in his elbow, and Tim Hardaway Jr was fantastic in the glass in his absence. Though Porzingis is fully expected to play tonight against the Kings, if he doesn't play THJ could be a terrific play, if he does play as expected, THJ is still in consideration, and Zinger projects as one of the best top dollar plays of the night.
Wall missed shoot around and was originally listed as questionable, but now it seems as though he will in fact play tonight as the Wizards host the Hawks.
Chandler has missed two straight games with back spasms, but is currently listed as probable for tonight tonight as Phoenix hosts the Timberwolves. Alex Len loses any fantasy appeal if Chandler plays and we may very well not get that word before lock.
Danilo's hip has kept him out of two straight games, most recently being last night against the Thunder. As we noted in the picks article, Wesley Johnson becomes an appealing value play if Gallinari is unable to suit up for a third straight.
Booker missed his fourth straight game last night with the Nets in Portland. Tonight they travel down to Utah and we await word on Booker's status. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson is healthy following a missed game in Denver on Tuesday night, running the boards for 38 minutes last night, so he and DeMarre Carroll should split the bulk of Bookers workload if he misses his fifth straight tonight.
Gobert was originally erroneously reputed as being out, though he is officially listed as questionable for tonight's game against the Nets. If Gobert is ultimately ruled out this makes Derrick Favors a more attractive play, and if placed ni the starting rotation, Rodney Hood becomes intriguing as well.

Lou Williams appeared in this same spot yesterday, and proved to be chalk, coming in 50-55% owned on FanDuel in cash and he put up an impressive 8X performance ending the night with 35 points, seven boards, and three assists in 39 minutes on the court. Williams is now sporting a 26.6% usage rate on the season and as long as Patrick Beverley remains out, and the price remains in the $5K range, then I suspect Sweet Lou will be an every lineup guy on a nightly basis. The Pelicans present a slightly tougher opposition than the Thunder, but if he's going to continue to see close to 40 minutes a game then he's going to have plenty of time to hit value.

Kevin Love ran into foul trouble in Houston on Thursday night, ending the night with just 28 minutes and a 17/6/4 line. This following what was arguable his best game of the season so far against the Bucks on Tuesday. Tonight he draws the Mavericks and an appealing matchup for fantasy owners. There's no one in the Dallas front court that presents any real challenge for Love and he should have little trouble getting his shot off. With plenty of value opening up in other spots, and the uncertainty in Phoenix regarding Chandler's status killing any interest we may have had in Alex Len the system isn't afraid to pay up a littler at center and is placing Love in each of the top lineups.
