Despite an average 7-6 record, the two-time Stanley Cup champion has been sensational between the pipes with a 1.87 GAA and a .942 save percentage. Tonight he and the Hawks welcome the Devils to town who will be playing in a back-to-back and their third game in four nights, so fatigue will be an issue here. The Devils are ranked seventh offensively, but that shouldn't be a problem as the BlackHawks are ranked second in defense while allowing only 2.44 goals per game. We can expect Chicago to be fairly large favorites to win this evening and Crawford is an elite play in all formats.

The superstar American tender has been red hot lately as he has won his last five starts while allowing only 10 goals in those five games. The Oilers are another team in a back-to-back scenario and they are ranked dead last offensively with only 2.33 goals per game, but they fire a second-best 36.6 shots on goal per game which is great news for Holtby and he is also an elite play this evening in all formats.
Also Consider: Andrei Vasilevskiy (TB) GPP formats only.

Proj Pts FD - 15.93 DK - 4.55
The veteran Slovenian has heated up recently as he has two goals, seven assists and 20 shots on goal during a lengthy six-game point streak and he has been on the ice for a total of 351 minutes through 16 games which is 3rd best amongst centers and he plays on the #1 line and the #1 PP for the Kings. The offense runs through this guy and even though the Sharks are good defensively, they are playing in a back-to-back so ride the hot-streak and lock and load Kopitar in all formats.

Proj Pts FD - 11.38 DK - 3.25
Until Tampa Bay shows any signs of slowing down, you are going to keep seeing one or more of their players here, especially when we have a small slate like this one. This young man has been playing well in his sophomore season as he has points in seven of his last nine games with four goals and five assists and he has fired an impressive 13 shots on goal in his last three games. He centers the #2 line and the #2 PP unit for the Lightning and he has averaged around 20 minutes of ice-time in his last five games. While the top line should be popular as always, I like the idea of going contrarian and stacking Point with his fellow under-rated line-mates in GPP formats.

Look what we have here, another Lightning player and this young Russian superstar is the best sniper in the league right now as he leads the league with 16 goals and he's second behind Stamkos with 29 points. Kucherov has three goals, five assists and 13 shots in his last three games and he's one of the safest wingers around, so lock him into your cash game lineups.

Okay, so obviously Alexander Ovechkin is a great play today, but he is terribly expensive, so let's bring our attention to Oshie who plays beside Ovy on the #1 PP unit for the Capitals. He has a PP goal, an assist and seven shots on goal in his last three games while averaging 20 minutes of ice-time and the Oilers are ranked 19th defensively while allowing 3.07 goals per game. Oshie is priced reasonably and he's a great way to get exposure to Ovechkin, so fire him up in all formats.

This young man is coming off of a monster game on Saturday as he scored two goals and added an assist in Carolina. The Devils are ranked 22nd defensively, so he has a good chance to pot another one tonight and he is ridiculously cheap on both sites, but he can also disappear at any time, so restrict him to your GPP lineups only.

The veteran workhorse loves shooting the puck as he has 57 shots on goal and he has averaged an incredible 27 minutes of ice-time per game which are both second-best amongst defensemen and he has two goals, two assists and 11 shots in his last three games. All Aboard! Roster Carlson with confidence in all formats against a leaky Oilers defense.

Proj Pts FD - 9.08 DK - 2.72
We love value defensemen here at DFSR and this guy fits the bill today as he has a PP goal, seven shots and three blocks while averaging 27.5 minutes of ice-time in his last two games. His upside is minimal, but these prices and his very high floor make him an ideal cash game option on the point.
