GOALIE

Devan Dubnyk FD - $8900 DK - $8400
Opponent - VAN
Proj Pts FD - 14.43 DK - 3.61

It has been an eventful start to the season for Dubnyk who has either been really good or really bad. He has given up four or more goals in four of his six losses but has given up two or fewer goals in seven of his eight wins. Tonight is setting up as one of the better games for Dubnyk as he and the Wild will be at home as the biggest favorites(-210) on the slate against a Canucks team that is playing a third game in four nights as they close out a long six-game road trip and have lost three straight and four of their last five. All things considered, Dubnyk is my top goalie in all formats tonight.

Pekka Rinne FD - $9200 DK - $7900
Opponent - ARI
Proj Pts FD - 18.54 DK - 4.63

The decision on FanDuel is a lot closer at the top but on DraftKings it feels like Rinne is way too cheap tonight. The Coyotes were on quite a roll winning five straight at the end of October but have struggled lately losing four of their last five and now rank 28th overall when looking at offense. For Rinne, he comes in ranked second overall in GAA(1.47), save %(.951), and shutouts(2). The Preds are only -138 favorites tonight on the road but being away from Nashville hasn't affected Rinne(3-0-1 with a .947 save %) so fire him up in all formats.

CENTERS

Mika Zibanejad FD - $7200 DK - $7000
Opponent - NYI
Proj Pts FD - 11.98 DK - 4.48

If you have the cash to pay up tonight, John Tavares is the top raw points center on this slate but I will be taking the slight discount and rolling with Zibanejad in the battle of New York. The Rangers are rebuilding and leading the way is Zibanejad who is leading the team with 15 points(five on the powerplay) but it's his floor that I like as he is averaging 3.8 shots per game with a 17.8 iCorsi/60 on over 20 minutes of ice-time. The Islanders have been a Top 5 defense to start the season but have struggled a bit lately losing three of their last four and giving up four goals in all three of those losses. Zibanejad is in play in all formats tonight.

Stack with: Mats Zuccarello, Vladislav Namestnikov(PP), Chris Kreider(PP)

Nolan Patrick FD - $5300 DK - $4400
Opponent - NJ
Proj Pts FD - 5.2 DK - 2.36

If you are looking to load up with top players tonight or simply want some value with your second center consider Nolan Patrick. The Flyers second overall pick from a year ago was solid in his rookie season with 30 points and is starting to heat up this season with eight points in his last 10 games. He gets a ton of opportunity centering the second line with Jakub Voracek and the second powerplay unit with Wayne Simmonds and Travis Konecny. What I like most here is the matchup as the Devils have been terrible on the road allowing an average of 4.88 goals per game in eight road matchups. Even with lower shot volume, at his price Patrick is in play in all formats.

Stack with: Jakub Voracek, Wayne Simmonds(PP)

Also Consider: Aleksander Barkov(FLA)

WINGERS

Filip Forsberg FD - $7900 DK - $7300
Opponent - ARI
Proj Pts FD - 12.73 DK - 5.2

I am labeling Taylor Hall as a GPP only play tonight as he has been nowhere near as good on the road this season. A player that stands out above the rest on this slate tonight is Filip Forsberg of the Predators who has been very consistent all season leading the team with 18 points and has also provided a very high floor averaging 3.4 shots on goal per game. The matchup also stands out tonight as the Coyotes have struggled lately losing four of their last five games while giving up a total of 21 goals(4.2 per game). With tons of value at each position tonight, it makes it very easy to pay up Forsberg and others in all formats.

Stack with: Ryan Johansen, Colton Sissons

Brady Tkachuk FD - $3900 DK - $5500
Opponent - DET
Proj Pts FD - 7.86 DK - 3.92

Tkachuk started his rookie season on fire recording six points in his first four games but suffered a bad luck leg injury after crashing into the boards. He has returned after missing nearly a month and while I like him on both sites against a Red Wings defense that ranks 28th on the road(4.13 goals against per game) I think he is almost a lock on FanDuel where he comes in under $4K tonight. He has also gives us a little safety as well averaging 2.9 shots per game and skates on the top line and second powerplay unit.

Stack with: ColinWhite, Mark Stone

Also Consider: Cam Atkinson(CBJ), Craig Smith(NSH)

DEFENSEMEN

Mark Giordano FD - $5600 DK - $5600
Opponent - MON
Proj Pts FD - 9.73 DK - 4.06

Looking at the pricing for defensemen, I was pleasantly surprised to find Giordano in the mid $5K range on both sites considering he is averaging more fantasy points(4.4 DK/15.6 FD) on the season than all but four others at the position on this slate. He checks every box as he is averaging over three shots per game and just under two blocks per game giving him a high floor and he also provides big upside with 16 points in 18 games while getting just under 25 minutes of ice-time on the top pairing and powerplay unit. From a PTS/$ standpoint, he is easily my top D man on this slate and safe in all formats.

Ryan Pulock FD - $4000 DK - $4700
Opponent - NYR
Proj Pts FD - 6.52 DK - 2.67

In the value tier, I am looking towards Ryan Pulock for a couple reasons. It starts with his opportunity as he is skating on the top pairing and powerplay unit with Nick Leddy and averaging over 23 minutes of ice-time per game. The offense hasn't quite been there as he has just seven points on the season but the price reflects that and where he has been solid is the floor as he has provided a nice balance of shots(35) and blocks(31) on the season. At his price, I will consider Pulock in all formats tonight.

Also Consider: Damon Severson(NJ)
