GOALIE

Jordan Binnington FD - $8100 DK - $8400
Opponent - CBJ
Proj Pts FD - 17.41 DK - 13.81

Binnington is starting to heat up as the calendar flips to November as he enters this game having allowed two or fewer goals against in four of his last five starts bringing his save % up to .918 for the season. He and the Blues are at home tonight as big -175 favorites in a plus matchup against the Blue Jackets who have struggled offensively scoring just 2.6 goals per game(25th). With the Jackets averaging over 32 shots per game and the Blues allowing just over 30 per game this gives Binnington a high floor and ceiling making him easily my top goalie in all formats.
Petr Mrazek FD - $7500 DK - $8000
Opponent - DET
Proj Pts FD - 17.07 DK - 13.35

Home goalies are the theme tonight and up next is Petr Mrazek who has been terrific to start the season going 6-1-1 with a .917 save % and two shutouts. He has one of the deepest defensive corps in the league in front of him which does limit the shots he faces but he and the Canes get a terrific matchup as huge -260 favorites against the Red Wings who have dropped eight of their last nine games and rank 28th in offense(2.3 goals per game). Like I said above, Binnington is my top guy tonight but if you need the savings Mrazek is also a great play in all formats.

Also Consider: Jacob Markstrom(VAN)

CENTERS

Bo Horvat FD - $6100 DK - $6800
Opponent - ANA
Proj Pts FD - 13.61 DK - 10.82

The Canucks rebuild is blossoming nicely and they are off to a great start to the season sitting near the top of the conference with an 8-3-1 record. One of the major contributors has been Bo Horvat who leads all Canucks forwards in ice-time(19.1 min per game) while also centering the top powerplay unit. He has not only provided us with upside(11 points in 12 games) but a high floor as well as he comes into tonight averaging over 3.5 shots per game over his last 10 games and four shots per game on the road. The price is going up but still below $7K on both sites and a core play in all formats.

PP Stack with: Brock Boeser, J.T. Miller
Kevin Hayes FD -
$5700 DK - $4500
Opponent - NJ
Proj Pts FD - 13.03 DK - 9.98

If you are looking for some salary relief at the center position consider Kevin Hayes. He got off to a slow start(one point in first six games) with his new team but Flyers have shuffled the lines and Hayes has been much better as of late with points in four of his last five games. He is currently centering the third line which is not totally ideal but the good news is that he is averaging over three shots per game over his last 10. FanDuel has adjusted their pricing with the hot streak so I will likely reserve him for GPP only but on DraftKings, it is hard to get away from a mid $4K price tag in all formats.

Stack with: Joel Farabee, Michael Raffl

Also Consider: Jack Eichel(BUF) as an elite play in all formats if you have the salary to spend or Erik Haula(CAR) as a value play

WINGERS

Evander Kane FD - $7200 DK - $6800
Opponent - WPG
Proj Pts FD - 17.89 DK - 14.32

Kane spent the first three games of the season suspended and has since been trying to make up for lost time. He comes into tonight with 10 points in his first 10 games with two multi-point efforts but more impressive and the reason he makes the core plays list is the shot volume as he is averaging just under four per game with an elite 19.2 iCorsi/60. He now gets an elite matchup vs. a Jets team that has given up four goals per game while going 2-6-1 on the road. Considering the high floor and ceiling he provides us, Kane is a great play in all formats.

Stack with: Tomas Hertl, Logan Couture(PP)

Andrei Svechnikov FD - $5400 DK - $5900
Opponent - DET
Proj Pts FD - 15.12 DK - 11.83

In the mid-range of pricing, I am looking at loading up on Svechnikov for multiple reasons starting with the plus matchup against the Red Wings 26th ranked defense. It appears Svechnikov is taking a huge step forward in his second season as he has gotten a boost in ice-time now skating on the second line, is providing shot volume averaging three shots per game, and has also provided a ton of upside with six multi-point efforts already. All things considered, he is one of my top PTS/$ options tonight and safe in all formats.

Stack with: Sebastian Aho

Also Consider: James Van Riemsdyk(PHI), Wayne Simmonds(NJ), Jaden Schwartz(STL)

DEFENSEMEN

Alexander Edler FD - $5600 DK - $6800
Opponent - ANA
Proj Pts FD - 17.08 DK - 13.74

There is a nice group of D-men to choose from at the top tonight but I lean Edler for one simple reason. His price on FanDuel. Edler enters the night skating over 24 minutes per game and while the upside is nowhere near that of say, John Carlson, but the floor is extremely high as he is averaging a whopping 5.3 combined shots and blocks per game yet is still in the mid $5K range. I will likely go Dougie Hamilton at a $600 discount on DraftKings but on FanDuel, Edler is easily my top D man in all formats.
Adam Pelech FD - $3700 DK - $3500
Opponent - TB
Proj Pts FD - 12.13 DK - 9.39

For cash games, I love saving salary on these bigger slates with so many star players at the forward positions. Adam Pelech has been one of my favorite cash punts early in the season as he is getting over 20 minutes of ice-time a night while averaging a combined 4.4 shots and blocks per game giving him excellent PTS/$ value.

Also Consider: Dougie Hamilton(CAR) as an elite play in all formats or
