Welcome to another edition of our favorite stacks of the night. As you will quickly notice, I have not mentioned the Coors game as it should be automatic and is a little obvious. I am going to dig a bit deeper and find some pivots with similar upside and projected lower ownership.

New York Mets vs. Tom Koehler(MIA)

If you have followed me in the DFSR chat, you know that I love looking for some weather concerns to find a sneaky stack with upside and low ownership. Not only does an elite Coors Field game help with ownership tonight, but there are some concerns with rain in New York tonight. Rain is present in the area in the afternoon and looks to dissipate a bit closer to game time where the chance of precipitation falls below 50% and the wind is currently projected to be blowing out to left field. Even better news for the Mets is that they are the fifth-highest projected scoring team as they face Tom Koehler who has been an absolute gas can to start the 2017 season. He has given up at least one home run in each of his five starts and sits with an abysmal 25% HR/FB rate. Looking at the splits, he has also been much worse against left -handed pitching(.543 wOBA against) and the Mets lineup is jam packed with left-handed bats, especially at the top of the order. On DraftKings, I have no issue running a one through five stack with Conforto, Cabrera, Bruce, Walker, and Granderson and prefer a one through four stack on FanDuel.

Baltimore Orioles vs. Miguel Gonzalez(CWS)

The Orioles won't quite be as low owned as the Mets but come with just as much, if not more upside tonight. They return home after a crazy rivalry series with the Red Sox and sit as the fourth-highest projected scoring team on the night. They will face the White Sox and Miguel Gonzalez who has never been mistaken for a top-notch pitching option. He has been average for his career with a sub 7.0 K/9 rate and while he somewhat limits the power(under 7% last two years), he has given up 35 hits through 33 innings this season. The regression fairy visited him in his last start where he gave up 14 hits in Detroit and was touched up for six earned runs while giving up over 50% hard contact. That is good news for the O's who play in one of the most hitter-friendly parks in the majors outside of Coors Field. As always, lineups matter in who to roster in your stack but early in the day you can lock in Manny Machado, especially on FanDuel where he continues to sit in the mid $3K range providing elite pTS/$ value.
