Pitchers

Brad Peacock FD 7000 DK 7900
Opponent - LAA (Shoemaker) Park - @HOU
FD - 33.75 DK - 17.25

The price has taken a huge jump on both sites as Peacock enters his fourth start of the season after beginning the year in the bullpen. The Astros have worked him into the starting role slowly as he has only thrown 70, 78, and 86 pitches in his first three starts but has been absolutely electric. He did give up four runs vs. the Twins in his second start but overall has pitched 15 innings with a 3.60 ERA, 1.67 xFIP and has struck out 25 batters. The hesitation on Peacock is definitely going to be his price which took a big jump on both sites but, in my opinion, it is still a nice value considering the upside in a pitchers park facing a team without the best player in the game. He makes an excellent SP2 on DraftKings if you are looking to go with Kluber or you can pair him with another value pitcher and completely load up on bats.

Randall Delgado FD 6600 DK 5400
Opponent - MIL (Davies) Park - @ARI
FD - 24.98 DK - 13

Digging right down to the bottom of the barrel we find one of the top PTS/$ values at the pitcher position on the entire slate. As it sits Friday morning, Delgado and the Diamondbacks are right around -140 favorites at home as the Brewers come to town to start a three-game weekend series. That is the biggest favorite of any pitcher under $7,500 on both sites and you aren't just getting bum on the mound. Like Peacock, he started the year out of the bullpen and will be making his fourth start tonight. He limited his opponents(MIA, PIT, CWS) to one earned run each while striking out 15 batters in 15 innings pitched. Try not to use the word "safe" with Delgado as he pitches in a hitters park and faces a team that is Top 10 in wOBA vs. right-handed pitching. If you can stomach that, there is a lot of upside here as the Brewers also strikeout 24.9% of the time vs. righties.
