Point Guard Ja Morant FD - $8200 DK - $8400 Opponent - UTA Proj Pts FD - 41.28 DK - 42.78 All of the point guards are expensive today, so we're sort of threading a needle here. Our system leads with Morant for a few reasons. First, he's arguably as important to his offense as Russell Westbrook is. He's also been surprisingly effective against Utah's stout defense, which has arguably resulted in him playing a higher number of minutes per game as well. Hell, he's averaged more fantasy points per game through three contests than Russell Westbrook has. I just don't see a world where I'm submitting my DFS lineups with Ja tonight. Ben Simmons FD - $8800 DK - $7900 Opponent - WAS Proj Pts FD - 43.46 DK - 43.15 Things get a little closer as we try to pinpoint the second point guard we want. I considered Mike Conley, who has maintained his role as the primary distributor even as Donovan Mitchell has eased back into things, but ultimately landed on Simmons. Big Ben is absolutely indispensable to Philly's defensive scheme against Washington's electric back-court, and he's a rebound away from averaging a triple-double for the series so far. He's taken some minutes off in out-of-hand games two and three, but as the Sixers look to close things out I think his role is a little more secure. Given that Vegas has this as just a 7.5 point game, it seems the oddsmakers agree with me.,p> Shooting Guard Bradley Beal FD - $9600 DK - $9100 Opponent - PHI Proj Pts FD - 50.4 DK - 51.89 While we're generally not enamored with running a guy whose team is having a hard time keeping games within twenty points, in this case we'll make an exception. If the Wiz lose this one there is nothing left to rest for, so we expect Beal to be out there for his full 40 minute rotation in game four. He hasn't gotten over the hump against the Sixers yet, but he did pay this price in the only other game where he played his full rotation. Shooting guard is pretty thin, and...

Point Guard Damian Lillard FD - $10500 DK - $9400 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 51.88 DK - 54.65 You can't pay up everywhere today, but you're going to want to strongly consider paying up for Lillard. Point guard is a mess, first of all, and Lillard is just doing so much for the Trail Blazers that the DraftKings price in particular is looking ridiculous. Dame played 42 minutes in game two in spite of Portland getting run out of the gym, and put together a 42/10/4 line including 9/16 from three. That's just ridiculous, and he's truly having his way with Campazzo and whoever else the Nuggets try to throw at him. Not overthinking this one - Dame is an every lineup guy. Dennis Schroder FD - $6100 DK - $5800 Opponent - PHO Proj Pts FD - 29.37 DK - 30.19 As you'll see as time goes on, it's really tough to find savings tonight. While Schroder isn't exactly cheap, he probably qualifies as a cheap play on the night. He's also in a nice spot here, particularly if CP3 misses this one. The Lakers fed Schroder 16 shots in game 2, and he got to the line 6 times. I don't think that's an unreasonable expectation if he winds up squaring off against a defender like Cameron Payne here. Monitor Chris Paul's situation very closely. He hasn't looked right since his "shoulder contusion," and there is a real possibility that Cameron Payne will be a must-play in cash games if Paul sits. Shooting Guard Devin Booker FD - $8300 DK - $8100 Opponent - LAL Proj Pts FD - 49.63 DK - 51.84 With Paul hobbled, Booker is taking over even more than we expected he would in this pivotal series. He's playing 40+ minutes guaranteed, running the offense, and being wildly aggressive in getting to the basket. He tied a career-high with 17 free throw attempts in game two, and made every single one of them. He's the one guy that the Lakers don't have a perfect answer for defensively, and he should continue to get his. C.J. McCollum FD - $7300 DK - $7300...

After floundering for most of the beginning of the season, Snell roared back with a 6 IP, 11 K, 1 ER start against the Rockies his last time out. If he's still capable of starts like that, these prices are arguably 25% too low. The Brewers, meanwhile, are a fantastic match-up. They've struck out at the 6th highest rate this season while amassing the 3rd worst wOBA. I love Snell in every format at these prices. Frankie Montas FD - P 8400 DK - SP 6200 Opponent - SEA (Yusei Kikuchi) Park - OAK FD - 35.17 DK - 18.65 While it's true that Montas became overrated during his run-hot 2019 campaign, he's still a pretty good pitcher that we can consider on a slate where the best pitchers are over-priced. He's still a 28 year old pitcher that has struck out almost exactly a batter per inning for his career, and the match-up here looks fanastic as well. The Mariners pair the league's worst wOBA with the 5th highest strikeout rate, making Montas a fantastic pitcher 2 option on DraftKings. If you must pay up at pitcher, consider Lance Lynn. Catcher/First Base José Abreu FD - 1B 3700 DK - 1B 5100 Opponent - STL (Kwang Hyun Kim) Park - CHW FD - 11.27 DK - 8.53 With an .810 OPS, it hasn't been a banner year for the White Sox's Cuban first baseman. He has run .026 below his career BABIP levels, though, so his true performance this year probably lies north of the .810 OPS. As for the match-up, Kwang Hyun Kim is actually pretty good! He's run very hot on the ERA, but the 4.2 career xFIP so far is more than respectable for a guy who joined the Majors at the age of 31. You'll forgive me if I trust Abreu here, though, whose OPS goes .077 points higher with the platoon in his favor. C.J. Cron FD - 1B 2800 DK - 1B 4000 Opponent - NYM (David Peterson) Park - NYM FD - 8.95 DK - 6.75 If you're like most of the fantasy community, you've been in a deep sleep when it comes to CJ Cron this year. CJ has an outstanding...

Point Guard Jrue Holiday FD - $7900 DK - $7700 Opponent - MIA Proj Pts FD - 41.41 DK - 41.65 Playoff NBA DFS largely amounts to capturing players whose opportunities have changed faster than their prices, and to that end, I present you Jrue Holiday. Jrue played 37.5 minutes in regulation in the Bucks' opener with the Heat, and was phenomenal, posting 21/11/3 line with 3 steals to boot. Those assist numbers can only go up, and while the rebounds should go down, the assists should more than make up the difference. Point guard is relatively thin on value, and taking part of Milwaukee's big three looks like an easy call here. Facundo Campazzo FD - $5400 DK - $5700 Opponent - POR Proj Pts FD - 27.9 DK - 27.93 Playoff slates are generally lacking in value, so Campazzo might be the best we get on the cheaper end of things. The scrappy Argentinian played 31.5 minutes in the Nuggets' opener, and while he wasn't the focal point of the offense by any means, he did enough to pay these prices with a little bit left over. The Trail Blazers should respond to the Nuggets' game 1 gameplan by sending more help at Jokic, and if they do, it will leave Campazzo and the other Nuggets more room to cook. Also considered: Damian Lillard, of course, though he's looking a little too rich for my blood considering where you'll likely want to spend up elsewhere. Shooting Guard C.J. McCollum FD - $7500 DK - $7300 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 41.52 DK - 43.01 CJ was solid in the Blazers' opener, scoring 21 points while chipping in 6 rebounds and 3 assists. The Blazers' starters arguably would have played a little more had this one been a little closer, and the 35 FanDuel points he scored in game one sort of seemed like his floor. The Nuggets are not the same defensive team they were earlier this season, and I think the best of CJ is yet to come in this series. Donte DiVincenzo FD - $5300 DK - $4900 Opponent - MIA Proj Pts FD -...

Get started for free by clicking the button below. START YOUR FREE TRIAL NOW!   Pitchers Gerrit Cole FD - P 12300 DK - SP 10900 Opponent - TEX (Jordan Lyles) Park - TEX FD - 50.36 DK - 28.62 It's really hard to overstate how dominant Cole has been so far this season. He's been .4 WAR better than the second-place Jacob deGrom, who is .5 WAR better than the third-place John Means. That's bananas! With a K/9 north of 13 and a BB/9 below 1, Cole is doing legitimately everything you could possibly ask for. Texas, meanwhile, pairs a league average wOBA with a top 9 K%. That's plenty of match-up for a guy like Cole, and he should see huge cash game ownership here. Max Fried FD - P 7200 DK - SP 7300 Opponent - NYM (Taijuan Walker) Park - ATL FD - 33.77 DK - 17.66 I kind of feel like Max Fried is a little bit slept on right now. Yes, the ERA this season is ugly, but this is a 27 year old pitcher with a career 3.59 xFIP. His fastball velocity is as good as ever, and he just had a quality start against a potent Blue Jays offense. Today he gets the Mets, a team that doesn't strike out very much, but also owns the tenth worst wOBA in the league. At these bargain basement prices, I'm buying Max Fried. Also considered: Walker Buehler. Catcher/First Base José Abreu FD - 1B 3800 DK - 1B 5400 Opponent - MIN (J.A. Happ) Park - MIN FD - 11.29 DK - 8.54 Andrew Vaughn FD - 1B 2300 DK - OF 2400 Opponent - MIN (J.A. Happ) Park - MIN FD - 8.65 DK - 6.57 We've got two solid White Sox options out of the first base position today, though both are obviously different plays. Abreu is a classic pay-up option - a career lefty killer who has had some bad BABIP luck this season. Vaughn is more of a down-lineup punt, though one with real merit. Fangraphs has him as the league's 13th best prospect, and he's off to a fine stat for his rookie year. Happ, meanwhile, is hot trash at this point his career. His 5.52 ERA will likely be good for worst in the Majors if it holds up, and his 5.4 K/9 isn't fooling anyone. Freddie Freeman FD - 1B 3900 DK - 1B 5600 Opponent - NYM (Taijuan Walker) Park -...
