Point Guard Chris Paul FD - $8500 DK - $7400Opponent - DENProj Pts FD - 39.59 DK - 40.04 Paul remains just a bit too cheap for what he’s doing in this series and the Nuggets have just no answer for the veteran point guard. He’s looking fully healthy from the shoulder issue that cropped up in the first round and was second in the team in shots in Game 3. The Suns are going to look to close this thing out and Paul is coming off a full stat line game with 27 points, eight assists and six rebounds. He’s dominated this series and the Nuggets’ backcourt has no defensive answers for him so far. That’s unlikely to change in what could be the final game in the series. Mike James (FD $4300 DK $3900) is coming cheap and is still getting some minutes for the Nets. Shooting Guard Devin Booker FD - $7900 DK - $8100Opponent - DENProj Pts FD - 47.51 DK - 49.7 It’s probably a little too much to pay for Booker on this slate, but the shooting guard position on this slate is very thin to begin with. His usage rate hasn’t been all that great this series though he did dial it up some in Game 3 scoring 28 on 11-23 shooting. Again, I’m not in love with this play, but the position is a moderate problem on FanDuel. You are overpaying some, but you might have to based on the player pool.  Bruce Brown FD - $5600 DK - $4700Opponent - MILProj Pts FD - 29.84 DK - 29.44 Bruce Brown was amazing in Game 3 until the very end when he missed the Nets' last two shots and they went home with the loss. But from a fantasy perspective, it was everything you could ask for. He hit floater after floater and finished with 16 points on 8-17 shooting and added team-high 11 rebounds as well. He’s likely to be a popular option on this slate considering the mid-tier pricing. Small Forward Khris Middleton FD - $8200 DK - $7600Opponent - BKNProj Pts FD - 41.68 DK - 43.43 Middleton broke out of it in a big...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Friday , 6/11/21

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Friday, 6/11/21 The last few days of the NBA Playoffs have been bizarre. Wednesday night was blowout city with Phoenix destroying Denver, and then Thursday's games were all over the place. We should have some competitive games here, though, with both matchups having 1.5-point spreads. That means it's essentially a coin flip, and I honestly don't really have an opinion on who will win those games. I do have some opinions on who I like for DFS, though, so let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Trae Young FD - $9700 DK - $9300 Opponent - PHI Proj Pts FD - 49.21 DK - 53.74 Atlanta has been one of the biggest surprises in this postseason, and Trae is a major reason why. This young point guard has taken his game to another level, scoring at least 41 DraftKings points in all seven postseason games he's played. That has given him a 46-point average in these playoffs, some of the best fantasy production from any player in the league. That has earned him this $9,500 price tag, and there are only a couple of guys who have the same 40-point floor as Young. Facing Philly sounds tough, but Young averages 46.2 fantasy points per game in his four meetings this season. Chris Paul FD - $8200 DK - $7100 Opponent - DEN Proj Pts FD - 32.66 DK - 33.03 We were pretty concerned about Paul's health this time last week, but the Game 2 gem that CP3 posted put all of that doubt in the garbage. The future Hall-of-Famer collected 17 points, five rebounds, and 15 assists in that spectacular performance and did not commit a turnover. That's an amazing line, and it makes it hard to understand why he's only $7,100 0n DraftKings. It was actually his second-straight game in this series with at least 49 fantasy points, and he should have no problem duplicating that against this dismantled Denver defense. If he does reach that total, CP3 will be in every winning lineup out there. Facundo Campazzo has been sneaky good for Denver throughout the postseason and shouldn't be forgotten. Shooting Guard Devin Booker FD - $8200 DK -...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Thursday, 6/10/21

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Thursday, 6/10/21 Head on over a for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer and NHL Projections as well. We're going to proceed with this article as though he's out, but if he winds up playing that throws a significant monkey wrench into things. Point Guard Kyrie Irving FD - $9700 DK - $9700 Opponent - MIL Proj Pts FD - 57.12 DK - 58.23 Jrue Holiday FD - $8200 DK - $7600 Opponent - BKN Proj Pts FD - 41.81 DK - 42.17 Point guard is really hard tonight. Kyrie and Jrue are really the only safe options (unless Conley sits, more on that in a second), but neither is a classic value on these prices. The expensive price tags only complicate things, as you're playing sub-optimal plays for high price tags. Still, it's not all a disaster. Kyrie has been absolutely up to the task of going up against Holiday, and Holiday himself has a very nice match-up with Brooklyn. We can't expect the Bucks to be this bad (or the Nets to be this good) forever, so I think you just plug these guys in and try to find savings elsewhere. You'll have to make your own mind up about the Clippers point guards. I'd like to trust Reggie Jackson, but it's terrifying that he saw just 17 minutes in a close game 1. If Conley is out, Jordan Clarkson is close to a must play if he's going to play 28 minutes and take 18 shots off the bench. Shooting Guard Donovan Mitchell FD - $9500 DK - $8900 Opponent - LAC Proj Pts FD - 45.24 DK - 47.51 With Conley out, Mitchell launched 30 shots into the air en route to 47 points from the field. It's clear that the Jazz think this is the main vector they can attack the Clippers' defense on, and if Beverley is only going to play 6 minutes per game the Clippers clearly don't have anyone to keep him in check. It's tough to spend up everywhere, but Mitchell looks like a must-play. Bruce Brown FD - $5900 DK - $4200 Opponent - MIL Proj Pts FD - 24.78 DK - 24.42 Brown was terrific in game two, compiling...

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks – Tuesday, 6/8/21

FanDuel NBA Picks and DraftKings NBA Picks - Tuesday, 6/8/21 The first round of the playoffs was awesome, and we expect an even better second-round. One of those series is getting kicked off here, with Utah hosting Los Angeles. The other matchup on this slate is the Philly-Atlanta game, with the Hawks taking a 1-0 series lead into that Game 2. That means Philly should leave it all on the line here because not many teams have gone down 0-2 at home and prevailed. In any case, there's a lot to talk about from a DFS perspective, so let's go ahead and get into it! Head on over for your chance to get DFSR PRO, which will give you access to our NBA FanDuel and DraftKings optimizer, our MLB Optimizer, and NHL Projections as well. Plus, our new player lab! We've got you completely covered. Point Guard Ben Simmons FD - $8600 DK - $8100 Opponent - ATL Proj Pts FD - 43.88 DK - 43.53 Simmons has been a regular in this section throughout the postseason, and it's no surprise when you look at his statistics. The giant point guard has scored at least 35 DraftKings points in every game of this postseason, averaging 15.2 points, 9.2 rebounds, 9.3 assists, and 1.7 steals per game. That stat-stuffing ability makes him even more enticing in a matchup like this, with the Hawks ranked 22nd in defensive efficiency in the regular season. That certainly appeared to be the case in Game 1, with Sim dropping 46 fantasy points despite taking just seven shots. That makes it hard to believe he's barely cracking $8K, especially on such a short slate. Reggie Jackson FD - $4800 DK - $5400 Opponent - UTA Proj Pts FD - 29.18 DK - 30.5 It was a bold move to exile Patrick Beverley from the rotation and ride R-Jax as the starter, but it has definitely been the right move. The talented guard scored at least 21 DraftKings points in the final six games of the Dallas series, averaging nearly 30 fantasy points per game. That's a stupendous total from a guy sitting around $5,000, and one has to believe he'll continue it with his 32-minute average in that same stretch. Utah is definitely a tough matchup, but he'll need to play big minutes to oppose dangerous guards like Donovan Mitchell and Mike Conley. Trae Young has been one of the best players in these playoffs and should continue...

I wouldn't be excited to play Alzolay on a normal slate, but this is no normal slate. And Alzolay, honestly, has been pretty good. His 3.35 xFIP is his best figure since rookie ball, and while it might not maintain all season, we're going to try and ride the wave today. San Diego is basically a league-average offense, and getting Alzolay out of his tough home park and into one of the best pitcher's parks in the Majors can only be a good thing. Nick Pivetta FD - P 9300 DK - SP 8000 Opponent - MIA (Pablo López) Park - BOS FD - 29.48 DK - 14.68 Pivetta and the BoSox are the biggest favorites on the slate today against this Miami team. The 28 year old righty is showing glimpses of his 2018 form, posting a double-digit K/9 and a sub 4 ERA. It's nothing to write home about at these prices, but again, it's a three game slate with no amazing pitching options. Miami finds themselves in a familiar position as one of the league's best DFS match-ups for opposing pitchers, pairing the league's 4th highest K% with the 10th worst wOBA. Position players You have one game with an 8.5 point total, and two others with a 7.5 point total. This might be the smallest number of runs per game on a main slate ever, and it puts us in a very sticky position when it comes to forecasting player performance today. I'll try to provide you with a few options, but on a small slate your mistakes will be amplified, so where there is a clear-cut option I'm only going to give you one. Catcher/First Base Jesús Aguilar FD - 1B 2800 DK - 1B 4300 Opponent - BOS (Nick Pivetta) Park - BOS FD - 9.2 DK - 6.92 Yep, it's looking pretty thin out here today. Still, Aguilar isn't a terrible option. He's been a hair worse than platoon neutral over the course of his career, so we're not too worried about him not having the platoon in his favor. He strikes out too often, but he also is a serious long-ball threat, with 11 homers...
